Extended Stay America – Cincinnati – Springdale – I-275

I stayed here for a week while working a job in Monroe. I hated it here. The bed sucks, it feels icky inside, you can hear semis all night long, door didn’t really shut, shower head leaked everywhere, ect, ect.
Will not stay here again.

I am sorry to say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I spent 5 nights there and from the start I had problems. The Bed had hairs and what I think was ink on it. I asked for new sheets, I was told that I would have to get them and change them myself. I asked for housekeeping at 8:30am Wed and was told it will happen, but buy the end of the day it didn’t happen. I was upset and the manager switch my room. The new room was somewhat better, the only problems were hair in the shower, and a the fire alarm whet off and had to be removed overnight. That did not make me feel safe at all. I am sorry to say but I don’t think I will be willing to give Extended Stay a 2^nd chance, I find that sad because I would have stayed there for 12 weeks. Worst place ever! Just so gross!
