I have today made my third television purchase from the Little Rock location and have not had a problem with any of my purchases. My first purchase was a 55″ 3D smart TV over a year ago and I love it. The price was several hundred lower than the one I saw at Best Buy. I later bought 32″ smart TV and have had it for about 6 months, not a problem. Today I purchased a 39″ LED TV for my mother for an amazing price of $ 238. I have not purchased any other items from them so I can’t speak on them. I am cautious of the bundle crates of miscellaneous item that average about $ 300 because I can’t see everything in them and they don’t have a guarantee that the items work and it is one of those «as is» things. So, with that in mind I am rating this based on the TVs alone. Great price in comparison to any place I’ve looked, with the option to buy a warranty.

I am very disappointed. We bought a pallet from them, they do disclose that they are returns from Kmart and Sears, but what they don’t disclose is that EVERY SINGLE ITEM is extremely damaged. No way to use at all. We had to throw it all away. They should put that it doesn’t work because they know it doesn’t. They put all the «nice» looking stuff around the outside and it alllll is broken. And then they literally through broken pieces and trash in the middle. It was disgusting and just a total waste of money. I would not buy from this dishonest company and will report them to the BBB because they are doing some seriously shady business. $ 300 down the drain…

I purchased a scratch and dent LG refrigerator. I was told there was one dent on the refrigerator. I was told that the shipping company would only deliver it to my front door, and I was to inspect it before signing for delivery. The shipping company was almost 2 hours late past the window they gave me and I wasn’t able to stay. My brother signed for the item without inspecting it. Upon my arrival at my house, I unwrapped it and saw that there was 9 dents on it. I called Nino’s immediately and all I got was attitude from the woman I spoke to. She said since I signed for it, there wasn’t much she could do. A few days later, she informed me that they will accept it to be returned but I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. I paid $ 1400 for the frig and they want to charge me $ 350 to take back the damaged item. I am contacting an attorney and filing a complaint with the BBB. Do not do business with this company unless you can pick the item up yourself and you know the exact condition it is in. Even then, I’d beware.

Scratch and dent LG and Samsong (or Sanyo?) washers, dryers and refrigerators with a 1 year warranty or no warranty for 20% off their price. Very unfortunate, but they simply don’t negotiate. Kind of odd considering they are selling damaged and sometimes used goods. As a matter of principle, I won’t do business if there is no budging.
