Forty Five years later and they still have the best burger and fries in town. Served with mustard and a pickle. They do accept credit cards now too!

Came here with my husband and child since we were nearby and craving a burger. This was our first time here.
WAIT/​PARKING/​AMBIANCE:
They have a somewhat small parking lot. We were there around lunch time and it was crowded, but we were able to find a parking spot.
You order at the counter and then they bring the food to you.
This place is a casual, divey sort of vibe. Sometimes those are the best places ;).
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
It was alright. Not bad, not great. When the guy brought our food I asked for some silverware to cut up our childs hot dog, so she could eat it. He never came with it. Maybe he got distracted, I don’t know, but still. I went up to the counter to ask and it seemed as if I never asked him before.
FOOD:
The food was alright. To be honest, I don’t have much of a desire to go back. The burgers are just normal, the fries are normal. Sometimes normal is all you need. However, the food is not enough to bring me back in. Cheap food and normal to low quality. My husband and I got burgers and my child got a hot dog.

Patricks has gone way down hill over the years. Now i am honestly not a very picky person but I wont go there to eat anymore. When I was younger (I am 24 now) Patricks did used to have great burgers but that is sadly not the case anymore. We have kind of realized over the years that we think the wife took over and ever since the burgers have gone down hill. The patties are now so small and the bun and everything else on the burger is cold and the fries are always cold, soggy (because of the grease) and just not flavorful anymore. And to top it all off they refuse to get any kind of debit/​credit card machine. Which can easily be done with even a simple smart phone now days, which I told the owner but she just shrugged and has yet to get one. So you have to pay the ATM $ 2 to take out a minimum $ 20 dollars just to pay. I believe that Patricks has now forgotten about the customer and is on interested in making maximum profit… But if you do that you also lose customers. So I now go to Westwood drive in which is literally walking distance right down the road. We havent been going to Westwood long but so far the burgers are great and they have the BEST fries! If your a fry person I definitely recommend!

Prices are reasonable. Similar to Patrick’s in Fort Smith. The later has this place beat on portion size and value.

Not a great second experience.
Food was cheap but overall poor in quality. I guess you really do get what you pay for. I am glad to see that they have finally cleared the place up a little bit and made an effort to at least put some paint on the walls.

Excellent!!! Best burger joint in town! Beats the heck outa Burger King and McDonalds! And the guys up front desire a medal for being so awesome! Love this place!

Customer service sucks. Foods always cold. The side portions are So small for the price. Even after talking to management, nothing was done. Tried again later and it still was terrible. Won’t be going back unless it’s under new ownership.

Great burger, great fries… what more could you ask for? Honestly, Patrick’s is a great place to go grab a quick bite to eat.
My husband and I both got a double, his with cheese mine without. They were huge! I could have easily went with a single, but am glad that I didn’t because this was a tasty burger! The only problem I had was that I specifically asked for mayo, and they put mustard instead. I am not a huge fan of mustard, I can eat it but prefer mayo, that being said, it was still a fantastic burger.
The fries were EXACTLY how I like mine, crinkle cut and fried crisp. I would love to go back for chili fries because I bet they are to die for. They were sooo good that I am thinking about going back right now (8am) for more! They were perfection in a fry.
We also got an order of fried mushrooms, which were really tasty. I keep saying «I don’t like mushrooms but these were good» when I write a review about fried mushrooms, so I am thinking that maybe I am acquiring a taste for them, as long as they are fried… to hide the dirt taste you otherwise have when heating mushrooms!
They offer shakes and sundaes and butterscotch is one of the flavors they offer, so I am going to have to go back and try that. All in all, I would not only go back, but I would tell my friends to go too.

Best burgers in NWA, friendly staff, family owned for 40 + years. Tradition since I was a kid. I stop by every time I’m in the area.

Definitely a top 5 burger place in NWA. Cheap and consistently good. Only knock on them is the location… very hard to get in and out of the parking lot sometimes as it gets a little crowded for lunch. I deviated from the burger once and got the chicken sandwich… it was decent, but I’ll definitely stick with the burger from now on.

At first, I loved this place b/​c their burgers are super tasty. Fries are crinkle from a generic bag. The drinks are average priced but have so much ice that I didn’t get my money’s worth. Do NOT order the chicken fried steak dinner. The «steak» is terrible — the cheapie, nursing home cafeteria type. The employees are always kids who couldn’t care less if we have the correct order or who gets which burger, etc. Wish they had some adults in there sometimes. That said, the actual hamburgers are what has kept Patrick’s in business for so many years. The burgers are very good. BE SURE to take cash or a check. No debit cards accepted here! Also, careful in their teeny weeny parking lot. You’re liable to get hit b/​c the place is on a busy corner and has almost no parking.

Meat and potatoes! I mean if you want a straight forward great burger and fries, this is the place. My whole family, kids and all love the food.

Great pull off the highway local restaurant. We were on our way from Dallas to kid’s summer camp and stopped in for a burger. Yummy! And so fast. Great curley fries and onion rings too. Cash or checks only!

At least 3 times a month we call in an order for the office. Absolutely love the burgers. Never had a bad experience. There are only two inconveniences (one my be personal because I am a typical woman who cannot drive, according to my ‘lovely’ boyfriend): 1 being the lack of a credit card machine (although there is an ATM available), and the smaller sized parking lot. The food and service make up for it, I believe. The servers are always so pleasant. It’s got an old school feel to it. like this is the place you go for a burger on a Friday night before the High School football game. Good stuff, y’all.

Stopped off here at Patrick’s on the way to Eureka Springs for a quick bite to eat. Right off the Interstate in Springdale going north and easy to get back on the highway.
Clean, bright, local burger joint serves good burgers and great fries. Meaty juicy burgers on a nice full bun. They have tater tots, hot doggies, chicken, jalapeño & cheese sticks and also make milkshakes.
They are obviously BIG college football fans with the Razorback et al mural on the wall. Friendly young kids behind counter and the cutest little young man served us our food with a polite, «Enjoy your meal»
I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Patrick’s serves very good burgers and has a helpful staff that provides quick service. The prices are reasonable and the food is hot and delicious. Also, they have wonderful milkshakes to top off a great lunch. Bring cash or a check, because they don’t waste time on debit/​credit cards. There is a bank next door if you only have plastic. I eat here anytime I’m in this area.
