Just got off the phone with the Manager Ashley and needless to say very disappointed with this business. I called the store a few month ago and asked how to cancel my membership since I moved Arizona. The person I talked to told me to mail a letter and check for 65 $ to my home location before the 10^th of any giving month. So thats what I did. I mailed out a check and a letter around Aug 1^st thinking 9 days would be plenty time for it to get there. I was wrong!!! They charged me a monthly rate and my 65 $ so 87 $ for my membership this month because they said my check didn’t get there till the 15. How does a check take almost 2 weeks. Maybe cause you don’t check your mail or do your invoices properly. Hmm bad business and I think Ashley needs help talking to customers and resolving issues. My check clearly states the date I sent the money and so does the envelope, but since it wasn’t a certified letter I’m a lier. So now what? I put whatever date I wanted on the check. I clearly sent the check out in time to cancel. The shocker is I’ve been paying my monthly and haven’t gone in 6 months due to forgetting to cancel it. So when I did remember I made sure it would reach there in enough time. Poor customer service and I plan to tell everyone to stay away.
