Update:
I went here with my family last night. The service was worse than last time. It took forever to order, forever to get the food, forever for anything, really. The food is good, but I’m having a hard time getting beyond the poor service.
I actually got tired of waiting to pay so I went and stood up at the front. One of the girls looked at me THREE times and did nothing. One of those times she looked me right in the eyes, turned, and walked away. She did finally ask me if I was there to pick up a carry out order. This coming from the lady that seated us. I really could have done a dine and dash easily, but I’m honest. When I told her I was just waiting to pay, she turned and WALKED AWAY. Unreal.
The lady that waited on us (us waiting on her, rather) finally came over and ran my card. She said thanks for my patience. I didn’t feel like replying because it didn’t deserve one.
I wish the owner or manager would read this and get a clue. Maybe this place is better suited to doing a buffet all the time so people can more easily serve themselves. They obviously don’t put it as a priority. I can’t say that, as much as I like the chips and steak & chicken pizza, that I’ll be back.
