Ive been to wendys before and they have been amazing. This one was not. I had an american express card and the guy very rudely said we dont take that and i said well ok it has been accepted before and he said well not by me. At that point i just left i will not be back there for quite a while with my money.

I would like to give them no stars. The management is rude and throws your bags at you, and heaven forbid you ask for something because all heck breaks loose. Thought it would get better, but no, they now have employees bringing you children into the dining area, and leave them unattended to scream and harass the patrons. I do realize this is fast food, but I worked in fast food for years and I would have been fired immediately for that kind of customer service.
