Unresponsive over several months. At least 4 times told me he will have the office call me back same day in order to schedule a time for him to come out for the project over the past 2 months (water leaking through shower floor through ceiling of floor below) which he came and saw months ago in person. I understand it may take a month or two to schedule the job but it would be nice to just get a call back from the office or to have the phone of the office. I would like a follow up to either schedule something or tell me they can’t do it anymore. It’s disappointing
