Fair — Good — and Honest. I want to recommend Aasby Automotive using these 3 words. The people are very friendly to me. They also take care to explain things in ways that are easy to understand. I feel real good about using them. I even had them check out a used car I was going to buy. It helped me know that the car was okay to purchase.

Aasby is great! I would trust them for any work I need done on my car in the future! Everyone is super friendly, trustworthy and knowledge. They are always able to fit me into their schedule! I also love the text alerts that tell me when my car is finished. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else in springfield. :)

I will definitely come back to Aasby Automotive. For several reasons: their prices, clean waiting room, but most importantly their customer service.
As a woman I am always on alert for being scammed or taken advantage of when getting my car worked on. I went in specifically to get my oil changed and brake pads replaced.
I did my research before coming to Aasby so I knew what the going rate was for these parts and services, and they gave me rates that came in less than the comparable shops.
After looking at my car they were straight forward with me and didn’t try to «upsell» or talk me into more auto work. I felt confident that they did a great job and 100% know they didn’t try and take advantage of me because I was a woman.
I was also very pleased with the friendly staff. The owner thanked me for coming in and the service managers were very approachable. On my first visit they treated me like I was a loyal customer that has been there a 100 times. They will exceed your expectations in customer service.
The waiting area is very clean which I appreciate after being to many shops that are greasy and unpleasant.
I will be returning soon to get my struts replaced.

The most honest mechanics in SGF! I would not take my car anywhere else. They actually get to know their clients and go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. I assure you that you will be a very happy client.

I went to this location to have my annual car inspection. They would not pass my inspection because they said I «have a loose bolt» He said they could fix it right there in the shop and would «only charge around $ 30 for getting his arm up there just right to tighten it.» I think this technician thought I was stupid because I am a woman. I went right down the road to a local trusted service center and had my inspection passed with no hitch. I told the technician at the other location what had happened and he advised they were trying to scam me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION! If I could rate a zero I would
