Actually Clean

My basement flooded! I called actually clean and first off felt like I was trying to be sold. They sounded desperate. Make sure they talk to the man of the house because they quoted my wife $ 150 a labor hour then quoted me $ 100 a hour when I told them I was going to talk to other people. Very confusing talking to them. Good news is my basement is dry! There equipment worked pretty good. Allot of confusion on price!

Actually Clean had to make over four attempts to fix and repair mistakes they admittedly caused to my home. The continued process of cleaning took almost a month because they could not fix their problems. This left us without a livable living room for a month during Christmas. The damage Actually clean caused included tears and frays in the carpet, ruined and wet padding, large sections of peeled wall paint, and broken wooden floor trim, all of which has still not been repaired. Repeated attempts were made to call the company with no answer. Multiple messages were left over a span of a week. When I used a different number to call the business the manager answered and said he was avoiding my phone calls on purpose. Although he admitted to causing the damage the manager refuses to issue a refund even though my cleaning package included a written guarantee of service.
