My 2^nd visit this month, and tonight I walked out. I ordered a single scoop ice cream cone, and as with my earlier visit, their ice cream is just too soft. Last time I visited I could not finish the cone before it started melting all over my hands. Certainly, the softer ice cream makes it easier for them to scoop and serve, but it’s no fun to eat.
If I wanted soft ice cream, I would have ordered it.

This place is very typical for a BR. The staff was very young but very polite and more than helpful. My wife and I decided to get a waffle bowl with two scoops to share and we got the peach and coconut ice-creams. The coconut was awesome! I really enjoyed the peach as well. Neither one of us really cared for the waffle bowl though. All in all I can’t say anything bad about this location. I just can’t give it more than three stars as it is just a typical BR. Great staff though.

I went there with my 3 kids several months ago. As I was paying, my oldest (11) began to eat her ice cream cone right next to the counter and her scoop fell off of the cone onto the floor. The owner would not make her another one without me paying for it. I will never go back there again even though I live just across the parkway from this location. I would’ve smashed all of the cones onto the counter and asked for my money back, but that would’ve upset my younger kids.
