Great customer service. I got greeted as soon as I entered. Employees are always warming and cheerful. Great selection of flavors and tons of toppings. This is my second time to this location and I have yet to be disappointed. Will always stop by when in the area.

This place is wonderful and truly a hidden gem! I am a regular here and I can’t believe they don’t have more of Yogo Factory’s around the DMV. It is an extremely clean, cozy atmosphere. The frozen yogurt is absolutely scrumptious, with a variety of toppings to choose from. Customer service here is also great, with pleasant employees. I highly recommend everyone with a frozen yogurt craving to come here, you will not be disappointed.

This place was pretty great. There were 12 different flavors, which ranged from tart to mango to cookies and cream. I liked that many of the toppings were in dispensers which requires you to turn something for them to drop out. This felt pretty clean! Toppings included mochi, fresh fruit, assorted crushed candy bars, gummy bears, and more sauces than I care to list! This place felt a bit price-y and I would love if there was an unlimited cup for $ 5 as I’ve seen some other places have. All in all, not too bad!

First, on a recent visit I was informed that there is a $ 5 minimum for using credit cards. The only bill I had was a large bill, and the cashier initially indicated that they could not make change. I told her that she could either make change for the large bill, or could accept my credit card(both are perfectly legitimate means of payment, after all). She sarcastically responded, «Nice…» If they insist on not accepting credit cards for small purchases, they should not balk at accepting legal tender, regardless of denomination. Second, on multiple occasions we feel like the staff are pushy to the point of annoyance in interacting with our children. For example: please don’t ask my child if she wants«chocolate» — it’s self-serve, after all, and I might prefer that my kid not eat chocolate if it keeps her awake at night. Third, the selection of flavors on offer skews heavily toward«nonfat,» which basically means more sugar. I’d prefer flavors with more fat and less sugar.

I’ve been to this Yogo Factory twice now, and would definitely not mind visiting again. There is a vast array of flavors and an even vaster – is that a word? – array of toppings. I’ve never seen some of these toppings at other frozen yogurt places. For example: golden Oreos, Reese’s with white chocolate, strawberry lemonade syrup… So many, and so unique. Also, the employees and atmosphere are very nice. The place is clean, and that’s a big thing for me. So, obviously, I’d recommend this Yogo Factory.
