This is a store that is easy to get lost in even though the layout is a big loop. It is easy to get distracted by the all the displays and gadgets to look at. It is a store where you go in for a few things and ending up leaving with more than you planned! But how have I survived this long without Himalayan Pink Salt?! It’s a fun store to look around in and you’ll get a smile out of something silly you’ll see in there.
The associates are friendly and helpful, always around if you need help finding anything.

Staff is excellent — always friendly and looking out for you. Return policy is incomparable. Store is always clean and fresh. They have nearly every kitchen gadget you need, and some that you probably don’t.
IMHO, one of the finest stores in Springfield.

You’ve been to one BBB, you’ve basically been to them all.
The only things that stand out about this particular one are…
–The staff is constantly greeting you and asking you if you’re finding everything alright. I love this because every other store I’ve visited you can barely find a store associate.
–Organized clearance section. They even put it on smaller gondolas in the middle of the aisle near it’s proper department. Only drawback is that you’re blocking the traffic in the narrow aisles.
–If you’re going for a trashcan, order online because their section is incredibly small. I’m rather ticked they don’t carry the recycle bins I’m after.

I was torn between 3 and 4 stars for my rating of BBB. Finally I settled on 4 because it is a very nice store. I’ve never really liked the way BBB stores have such high ceilings with everything stacked to the ceiling, but that’s just my own quirk I suppose. There is an excellent selection of kitchen gadgets and small appliances in this store, and a pretty good array of K cups for Keurig users. I must admit, if it weren’t for the constant stream of BBB coupons I receive via mail, internet, and magazines, I would probably never shop there at all. Their prices are not the greatest (with some exceptions). I personally stick to the kitchen stuff because I love to bake and cook, but I’ve never found any bedding or wall art that I liked at this store. It tends toward the cheesy in my opinion. The one time I purchased «luxury» towels here, they did not absorb water well and did not launder well. I like the «beyond» part of Bed Bath & Beyond, I suppose. To me it’s a kitchen store!
