We had four of us for dinner. My adult son and I both ordered the three cheese burger. It was dripping with grease. It had a good flavor though. The red onions and tomato slices were so thick that I had to take them off. The fries were good and I kind of wish I’d just ordered the macaroni and cheese because it was delicious. My granddaughter got the grilled chicken club and enjoyed it. My grandson got the turkey club and said it wasn’t completely done. Both grandkids ordered the strawberry blossom and hated it. What made the trip worth the $ 50 was our waitress, Mary. She was new, but very attentive and personable. The portions made the plates look huge because they were small. We won’t be coming back.

We usually count on Bob Evans to provide a fine menu of tasty, well-​prepared options and we are rarely disappointed. What sets this restaurant a head above the competition is their commitment to service. They are truly not satisfied until you are. My spouse likes her Bob Evans sausage patties extremely well done and our server, Haile, took them back to the grill to do them to her complete satisfaction. I needed an onion-​free seasoning for my broiled salmon and she willingly provided a bowl of diced tomatoes as a substitute for the salsa. Of course, the banana nut bread and the blueberry loaf would make the trip worthwhile all by themselves. And if you sign up for BEMail online you can get enjoy 20% to 25% off coupons.

I will argue with anyone that this is one of the best burgers in town. The ‘Big Farm Hamburger’ has a perfect balance of bun/​meat/​veggies, and has absolutely no need for any ‘secret sauces’ or gimmicks. Just a good, solid burger in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere

I came in for the State Fair and this place ended my unhealthy binge through Springfield. It’s a standard breakfast place that is able to turn tables quickly and efficiently. The service is polite and able to work with you on a specific order. This place gets 4 stars because of their biscuits, yummy.

Typical american fare. My father loved to drag us here as kids. No idea why. Guess he justed wanted something besides his own cooking.
The food is good here, but it’s just mediocre for me. The service is nice. There is plenty of seating. Parking’s not an issue.
