Just walked out after fifty minutes when our food came out wrong and cold fries. Absolutely no supervision and waitstaff all moved as slow as molasses. This is a franchise location. Watched and heard multiple customers complain about length of time and wrong food. Beware of franchise locations!
When the dining room supervisor brought our food and I told her she had a serious problem in her restaurant today, all they can do is apologize and say she doesn’t know why it’s so slow today. It’s your freaking job to know why your operation isn’t working.
Heading to Culvers which is run like a well-​oiled machine by adults and will never go back to this location EVER!!!

It’s been 27 min and I’m still sitting in the drive thru… and they’ve only serviced 4 cars…
DO NOT come here on a time crunch. You’re better off walking into Meijer, buying ground beef, making your own patties, starting a charcoal grill (make sure the coals get nice and hot), and slow cooking them… sure as heck would be MUCH faster…

I wish I could give this place negative stars.
Total time: 32 min for 7 cars.
Food was cold, they forgot to charge me for my kid’s meal, and the wait staff seemed to have the combined IQ of a chimpanzee. Stay away from this location — they lack serious management of personnel and quality control.

I went to this restaurant at 10 at night, it was mostly empty, yet I received awful service. We had the waitress Cassie. She brought out our order wrong, forgot silverware and napkins, never gave a refill, and never gave us our check. Then she came back and dismissed us by saying goodbye halfway through our meal. We had to wait at our table with no refills until we got fed up and left.
We walked to the counter and our bill was twice the amount of what we had ordered.
Bailey, the shift manager, said this was not a mistake, because they are a franchise not «corporate» so their prices are different, and then chewed us out.
Also behind the counter, there was food all over the floor, and a girl came to the cash register, looking like she murdered something, covered in buffalo sauce.
GROSS with terrible service.

Good was not what I ordered. I asked for plain and they added everything but the kitchen sink. Soda or POP like they call it here was fizz no flavor. But the food was hot and from what I could taste was pretty good but then again I was hungry. Next time check your food before you go.

The food is great and sometimes when I get off work at 10pm, I’ll be wanting this. However, when I get there at 10:30pm, the lights are shut off and they are closed. Apparently, they don’t want the business and are too worried about closing up.

I had a very fun time here. I went I’m with my cousin pretty late close to closing time. I expected the workers to be upset and to not get very good service as I’ve had a problem here before. When our waitress came, she was as happy as could be. I tried to order a Chicago dog but they were out of relish — and that makes or breaks the Chicago dog deal. I was disappointed but then asked if they had any cheeseburger options that had chili on them. She said no, but offered me a free side of chili with my burger so I could pour it on myself. She came back shortly with a double cheeseburger, a bowl of chili and a whopping side of fries. I drizzled the chili over the burger and it was delicious! I recommend trying it!
