It took me a while to figure out exactly why I love this place so much. There is no place like it. Everyone is treated like a celebrity. Every time you arrive you are greeted by name by attentive, knowlegable and professional coaches, you receive customized workouts that take your goals and abilities into account and are guided through a progressive plan that feels more like a therapeutic experience. For me this has resulted in incredible gains in my strength, flexibility and endurance (not to mention a fabulous side effect of 72lbs of weight loss to date and counting.)
They seem to really care about your success and work to make sure you feel good about your accomplishments. If you ask really nice they may even do a cartwheel for you.
I trust them with the things that matter most to me– my family and my health.
