Highly recommend this cell phone repair kiosk. I needed a new screen protector(as the one I purchased from Verizon had multiple cracks) and my fiancé had a great experience at this place. The customer service was top notch. Even though there were at least five people needing help throughout the experience, the man behind the counter(Zach), juggled everyone’s needs in a very efficient way. I loved how he would make eye contact with every customer and explain the time frame it would be before he could get to them. I always felt like I knew what was going on. He was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. It takes a lot of skill to put a screen protector on correctly and Zach took so much pride in his work. The location is great– right in front of Starbucks at the Battlefield mall. If you need a repair on any type of phone/device or a new screen protector applied perfectly, go here. One suggestion: get another employee for the busy hours. I did watch a few people walk away because they didn’t have five minutes to wait while my screen protector was being applied.

My wife dropped her iPhone 5c and shattered the screen. Needless to say she was heart broken. I began to look for a business to replace the screen. After calling around I contacted Cellariris. The call center was very polite and helpful and said they could replace it today for only for $ 100. I can say I was hesitant to come here at first after reading the review, but after I saw that it was a review back in 2013 I told myself to give them a shot. We arrived at the kiosk stand in the Battlefield mall and met a very polite young man named Zach. Zach assured my wife that he would take care of her phone and have it replaced with-in 30min!(Due to how slow the mall was at that time) We walked around the mall grabbed a cookie and by the time we got back not only was the iPhone fixed, but Zach also had it on a charger for her! I can honestly say that this young man went above and beyond for us and made my wife so happy in the end she cried. I should also mention that Zach also interacted with my 3 children which made them feel important and involved. I highly recommend this company for turning what was a tragedy into a blessing.

We bought my girlfriend a cell phone case here about 3 weeks ago. We bought it here because of their selection and it looked like their cases were well made. We also had them install the custom cut screen protector for another 10 dollars just because I’ve never had any luck getting those things on straight. 3 weeks later when the screen protector started peeling off and the case had already had a major defect in it we decided to go back and see if they could help. Turns out they would not. The guy behind the counter pointed out that their return policy for defects is SEVENDAYS! THAT’S RIGHT, THISCOMPANYONLYSTANDSBEHINDTHEIRPRODUCTFOR7DAYS! And then they’ll still do nothing unless you have a receipt. When I asked about the screen cover, the same guy told me that they(the screen saver) don’t just peel off and that the screen was obviously hit and that’s the only way they would peel from the corner like that… Needless to say we will never buy another ANYTHING form this place as they have NOCLUE what customer service, satisfaction, or standing behind their product is. I usually give just about any business the benefit of the doubt when I have a less than wonderful experience. I was a customer service manager for years and I know it’s hard work but… I’m just going to write this company off. Life’s too short to get horrible service!
