Total dump and awful service! Only two beers and out of one I wanted. Old games, staff that could care less about service.

Watch through the kitchen window as food preparers handle you food with bare hands! Wonder if they wash the hands… Food will take hours to actually arrive to your table.

Didn’t try the food but this location had better games and more space than the ones in either Bloomington or Peoria. Chuck E never came out though.

I would never bring my children back here ever again. Service was absolutely abysmal. My family and I waited as one of the employees stood next to a manger who was actually working. I guess she thought if she just stood there she didn’t have to work. After almost 10 minutes she slowley started helping customers. Just when we thought her performance couldn’t get worse, she turned out to be a jerk to my children. Why are you working with children if you can’t stand them?
I never pay any money on the food because it’s always overpriced for the quality. So, I can’t comment on any of the food.
Side note: I spent the majority of a summer working at Chuck E Cheese. It could be stressful, I can relate. But I never let it show. I had great coworkers and always got perks from the families that liked my service. (ie free cupcakes, who doesn’t like free cupcakes?)
