Cigars For Aficionado

The masculine ambiance is impressive, as is the selection of cigars and the prices. The hours are not so impressive though. The place closes at 6 on weeknights. So if you get off work at 5 and get to CFA at 5:15, you only have a few minutes to smoke. My friends and I did that recently: we bought 1 cigar each at 5:15. At about 5:50, a CFA employee reminded us that they close at 6, but not to rush. At 6:00 sharp, he told us to get out. There’s no leeway here.

Nice place! Nice lounge in back, fair selection, but much less than other shops, but some top brands. Would liked to have had more time here!

Really nice place. Seemed clean and very welcoming.
The owner was very nice and greeted me at the door in a full suit. He then guided me to the Humidor and was very willing to answer any questions and make suggestions.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to find quality smokes at a decent price.

This place is a cigar shop with a lounge. Smoking throughout.
Here’s the basic layout: The front room is where the cash register and display case. Here you can find the salesman (the guy in the suit, Robert, is awesome), a TV and some chairs. Also, this is where you enter the 300 sq ft walk-​in humidor. Follow the hallway and you can either make use of the back door to the parking lot or continue on to other rooms. There is a board room but it is mostly used by the employees. There is a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave. There are drinks, both alcoholic and non, just chip in some money into the bucket. There is usually some kind of snack like cookies or chips too. The lounge is awesome. It is a dark-​ish room with an LCD tv and cable. There is a couple of brown leather couches and some chairs as well as a bench along the wall and a round table. The walls are covered with sports memorabilia.
The cigar choice is good. Brands like Oliva, Padron, CAO, Rocky Patel, Drew Estate, Aurturo Fuente etc are represented. You can buy singles or boxes but most of the selection is singles. If you don’t find something you want, just let the salesman know and he’ll see about getting it in the humidor.
