This place was great. Very small, but the gentleman behind the counter was very kind & accommodating. Prices were reasonable and my friends and I had a great time! Will be back for sure.

Just came to hookah and have some tea. Hookah and tea came out to $ 20. Hookah was clean and the lounge area was fine. Dimly lit with some music going but I asked him to turn it down since it was 4pm and I just wanted to chat with a buddy. Only down side is it’s pretty small. Maybe 20 people could fit. Also, they don’t have tea pots. Only individual tea cups. maybe not a big deal to most people

I like this place. It’s a little outdated but I mean– I’m not expecting it to be fancy. The older guy who owns the place is the only worker I’ve seen there and he has always been nice to me. I usually just come with another friend and hangout on one of the couches. The couches, like the rest of the furniture, are«well loved» but I’m not there for the furniture. Hookah hits the spot for people like me who come for an hour or so and aren’t looking for a frilly experience. The guys comes and changes the coal without having to be asked, and I personally like the environment and the music.

Absolutely terrible if you are with friends do not go here 2 people per hookah each person after is a $ 5 charge and you are only allowed to have 2 coals for your hookah. They expect u to have a full hookah experience with only 2 coals and if you smoke hookah after 20 – 30 mins of a coal u need a new one so it can hit well. And the service is just plain rude he acts like he’s the king like no we are the customer that pay money won’t even let us pay more for extra coals. This is not the place to be. But if you are UNDER18 and wanna go to a hookah bar then go here they will let anyone in if you have money they don’t ID at all hope this was helpful to all you hookah smokers out their IFYOUHAVETIMEREADTHIS

Awesome place to hang out ! Chill environment, great customer service and good music ! It’s not a resturant so don’t expect alotta food options, they only got small snacks, but if you’re going for the hookah, then it’s the right place for you.

It’s a pretty small place, like less than 50 people could fit in. They’ve utilized the small space as well as they could, their decorations are nice… I mean, they’ve tried. It’s just a little dark, and shady, and in a shady area too. The hookah hit really well, even though I didn’t expect it too. And they play pretty good music. I think I would come here more often because it’s close to my house, but I wouldn’t come with a big group of friends. I would come just to to get some homework done or something.

They are WAY overcharged, add on random fees, the guys at the counter are EXTREMELYRUDE, and always seem to favor certain groups. The rules and prices are different every time I go… And due to the last incident my friends, I will not be back! The lack of customer service, and overall rude attitude coming from the old man working the counter… So not worth the price and dingy disgusting furniture!

Unimpressed with this place… gone twice and both times were the same. I have only gone for the hookah and I have had way better. The owner was always slow to change my charcoal even when I asked. The vent system is awful and wafts your smoke everywhere. The music is a little louder than I would have likes but one can still have a conversation with someone next to you. The hookah is pretty weak in my opinion and the cheap hose that the place uses made the draw weaker than I would have liked. Service was okay but they overcharged me both times. They advertise $ 12 hookah but when I was billed it was $ 17 both times. I questioned them both times and then they changed the price to $ 12.

I’ve only come here for the hookah but its been pretty good each time. The owner is nice but speaks little to no English. From the outside, it looks like just a sandwich shop or something but they have a small room on the side for the hookah. That being said, the lounge is very small… but then again, not many people come here. The hookah is always packed really well and pulls very smoothly. The down side is that the owner does not leave you your own coals to light, and instead comes around every 30 minutes or so to give you a new one. They do play music, but its a reasonable volume so you can hear who you’re talking to. I wouldnt recommend bringing a group here, but maybe it would be a good place for 2 – 3 people to hang out.

I went there two times around lunch time, and both times where a bad experience. For one thing, they only serve canned coke, and potato chips… nothing else. The shisha, was good, however the water pipe and bowl keep falling apart. On both occasions the owner(s) insisted on playing 2000 – 2004 techno music loudly even though I asked them to turn it down, but they insist on turning it up. The last issue I have are that the Internet speeds are extremely slow.

The place was hidden away in a corner of a Plaza so it was a bit tough to find. The man who works there gived me a suspicious look and after that i felt disrespected. I asked what did he recommend for a first time, and he gived me the strongest one. I started coughing a lot and it was difficult keeping it in my mouth. The room was quite small and I could barely see anything. However it was quite cozy and wasn’t too bad

4 stars for the hookah. 4 stars for the service. Here’s why… What’s better than polluting your lungs with coconut flavored smoke while enjoying loud music you can’t understand and watching TV turned to ESPN with the volume on mute? The answer: NOTHING! This place is great! I’ve been coming here for close to a year now and I’m a huge fan of their hookah. Try cocojumbo is my favorite flavor here. The hookah can be a bit strong but its still very fresh. The owner is very polite. He checks the charcoal regularly and changes it without being asked. The couches are very comfortable and really make the overall hookah experience very relaxing. I’ve been to places with hard benches for seats. The music can be loud but at least the play list is fun. The verdict… Great hookah, nice owner, and fun music! Come try this place out!

Good shisha and service. The décor and ambiance can use some work. I also found their prices to be excessive: almost $ 20 for a shisha and a cup of tea!

Being from the Springfield area– I tried this place out a few months ago since it was recently opened. It was not what I expected from what it looked like on the outside– however it is elegantly decorated with comfortable seating and the customer service is great. The owner was very sweet and created an inviting environment for me– adjusting the temperature, turning down the music when I came for studying, and paying attention to customer needs in a timely manner. It looks like a small convenience store, but after you walk in– it is clean and organized. He plays great music and I have seen changes recently with new brands of tobacco and completely new hookahs. For those of you who are high maintenance and looking for something fancier– probably not the place to go– but I see a lot of progression for this business in the near future and encourage everyone to try it once to see its potential. Location wise– this is a decent place to go to for a hookah night out with friends or a nice place for a date :-).

This place was definitely not what I was expecting. First of all, we couldn’t find it. All we saw when we got to the address was a small convenience store. Okay… So, we walk in and in the back of this little store was a tiny room with a couple of chairs and tables. We went inside and sat ourselves. The guys working at the register saw us come inside. No one came over to help us. So after a few minutes, we went back into the convenience store section and asked about the hookah. The worker we asked wasn’t very helpful at all. When we got everything set up, the hookah was very strong for some reason, even after we moved the coal around. I coughed every single time I took a drag out of the pipe. I don’t remember this happening at any other hookah place I’ve ever been to. I really don’t know how this place received such a high rating on Unilocal. That was the only reason we checked this place out. I was very disappointed.

I’d give this place a 3.7 The hookah was good, and about $ 12, the guy behind the counter was very kind and inviting. Our drinks were not over-priced like many other Hookah bars I’ve been to lately. It was a little bit on the small side, but definately a place I would visit again.

We were really impressed by this place. It’s a fun atmosphere with great décor and exciting music. The owner was amazing, and everyone who worked there was extremely attentive and very friendly– they gave us free popcorn! It’s not a huge place, but a good size for the location. Also there’s ice cream, sooooo.

Think of a Korean karaōke lounge. Got that image in your head? Good! Now replace«Korean» with«Persian»(I think?) and«karaōke» with«hookah.» This place would be fantastic for: –Birthday parties –Post-concert chilling –Backgammon or chess –Anything else because, let’s just come out and say it, there’s nothing to do in Springfield The coffee is a little simplistic and overly Western for a place like this. It needs to be marketed as being from somewhere between Morocco and Afghanistan. The food selection seems limited, but the sign says they have sandwiches during the day. The guy behind the counter was extremely welcoming and friendly. So, all told, this place is really worthy of 3.5 stars. I’m rounding up because it’s so close and the necessary changes are so minor. And because Springfield really needs a place like Coffee Pialeh. Go forth and conquer! or at least smoke some hookah.
