Absolutely terrible experience. They only had 3 flavors of ice cream in the front and claimed there was no more in the back. They had no options, no frozen yogurt, nothing. I chose Cold Stone for the«ultimate ice cream experience», but I would have had a better shot in the grocery store frozen foods aisle. There were 5 customers ahead of me and only one poor guy working in the front, while we could clearly see 2 employees standing in the back texting. It felt like we were a bother, and the guy who was working wasn’t even using the marble slab to mix. Absolutely would not recommend, and we will not be going here again. We ended up walking out and going to Dairy Queen instead.

This review isn’t about the Cold Stone Creamery part, just Tim Horton’s. I’ve been to this location a handful of times but recently the service has been terrible, both in the drive-thru and inside. Yesterday I ordered in the drive-thru, around 8:30am and it wasn’t busy(maybe 3 cars in front of me, 2 behind). My order was taken quickly and I received my food quickly but I ordered a caramel latte which I believe is relatively new on the menu(but not THAT new) and they had me pull up into a parking spot and wait. Now, I can see waiting 2 – 3 minutes, but I waited FIVE. For a latte. From a place that serves coffee. Seriously, making a latte is not that complicated. I went on my way thinking it was just a one-time occurrence. Then this morning, I’m running late for work so i decide to hit Tim Horton’s again, perhaps see if the experience is the same. This time I went inside to order. The man I ordered from was mumbling as he asked me for details on my order(same as the day before) and I had to repeat what I wanted three times. About five minutes later, he finally hands me my latte and it feel as though there’s only air in the cup — it’s all foam. So I go back, explain that this isn’t a latte, and ask him to remake it. He does so again and I should have taken a sip before leaving the store — it was steamed milk with no espresso or flavoring. Suffice it to say, I’m not a happy camper in the morning when I don’t get my coffee. Thank goodness for m Keurig at work. My experience isn’t always this terrible with Tim Horton’s, but thinking about it, in the past all I’ve ever ordered is regular coffee with cream and sugar. Hopefully they’ll practice a few more lattes before I come back again.

Great ice cream. Just like any other Cold Stone Creamery and it’s finally in Springfield OH!!! This location is also a Tim Horton’s so don’t be surprise if they respond as a Tim Horton’s. Now in addition to your coffee, you can satisfy your sweet tooth with ice cream! Since the Cold Stone part just opened, the staff is a bit cheery and kinda hyper. Maybe that’s just because they ate a lot of ice cream.
