Five dollar lunch? This is a great deal and includes a ice cream. The food was hot and fresh. The service was great. Resturaunt was clean. I will be back again and again. Thankyou!

The worst customer service I have ever seen! I ordered a mini blizzard the in competent manager had to call the owner in the store. He argued with me over the point the cookie dough was freezer burnt and would not make it right with me. I left it on the counter and walked out! They will never see my business any! I would not recommend this place at all!

So I go through the drive through and order 2 blizzards. Not only is the line ridiculous but the service was awful! The girl had an attitude about me asking to change my order (my bad because I ordered the wrong one for my mother). She refused to let me change it without paying for it, fine. I did. Then she flat out lies to me about them being out of lids… come on. I called her out on it and she huffs, then says «fine» (insert attitude), walks to the counter and grabs a lid.
This location is just down the road from me but I will from now on go out of my way to another DQ just to avoid the service here! I will also be following this up with a call to corporate. How difficult is it to be polite?!

Is there less than one star? This dairy queen messed up my order and refused to make it right. Amanda got snippy and refused to give me my money back. This place is unbelievable.

Of course this is my favorite DQ in the world b/​c my grandpa used to own it! I remember working there when I was a little girl! Tonight I went thru the drive-​thru & got a 12oz. chocolate shake! It was yummy & fixed my sweet tooth!
