Getting dragged to The Maul? This is a good spot to escape the din and try a free tea sample. Great place to buy herbs, tea, spices, incense, and bath salts. They also carry body care products or whatever you need to make your own. Bonus: Owner/​operator is a former Mountain Rose Herbs employee and really knows his stuff. I’ve been making my own turmeric gelcaps and getting my fingers yellow every morning, but no more — he showed me a gizmo that lets me make several at once.
My only regret is not buying the pumpkin pie soap, which smelled amazing, but now I won’t groan so much when my daughter wants to go to the dollar theater next week.
