They seem to always be out of the chocolate Kreme donuts no matter what time it is. The last 4x I have been there at they have been out! I have been to better Dunkin donuts than this. *update* they’ve improved and seem to have the donuts in stock now.

Updating after several more visits. Customer service has improved tenfold and from several different times of day it looks like the rudest most careless guys don’t work here anymore so that’s nice! I’ve abandoned the DD Perks app as it was more trouble than it’s worth but prices are good anyway and the coffee is consistently made just as we like it. They follow orders to a tee. While I’m not a great fan of their donuts, on our last DD run my husband and I split their French crueller & were very pleasantly surprised! It wasn’t overly sweet and had a nice eggy pastry taste and consistency — next time I will stick with that when I want a donut to go with my blueberry latte lite!

The donuts we got were tasty as was the coffee, but once again I was disappointed that they didn’t have my chocolate covered crullers. I’m starting to think no one in Springfield likes them but me. I’m giving them 2 stars for service(the kid at the counter argued with me about chocolate covered crullers), and for cleanliness(the floors were extremely sticky). Hopefully next time we go it will be better.

I was so excited that they were coming to town, I’ve had them several times when visiting my family members. But 3 out of the last 6 times I’ve gone there they have given me the wrong donuts. I even made sure to order by the EXACT name on the menu and they still messed it up. I’ve worked in fast food and try to be understanding but this has just gotten ridiculous. Huge disappointment.

As dunkin donuts go this is the stingiest store I have ever been too. This is disappointing since we have been waiting for a D&D franchise to open in Springfield for many years. They are cheap in most of their fillings so in a jelly donut you may only get one bite with jelly inside. BOO. Opening week had great selection, great donuts and great staff. A few months later and the quality of all three took a big tumble. Better than no dunkin donuts but because of the disappointing factors I will not come here very often. If they were to get up to par they would increase business tremendously.

It’s a little pricy than Krispy Kreme, but the plain donut is bigger than KK’s glazed donut. I purchased one strawberry shortcake croissant. Not so croissant, but still tastes different and has filling. Worth to try.

Okay so I’ve lived in mid Missouri my entire life so I have never had access to a Dunkin Donuts. Let me just say that I am thrilled that this is here! The food is good, the hashbrowns are even better, the donuts are usually really good but can be kinda dry sometimes, but like I said to Hurts, they are donuts so I understand. I absolutely love all the drinks but every time I go now I order a Hazlenut Coollatta and I can’t get enough. Blows frappes and frapuccinos out of the water! Very friendly and fun staff too, they’re always so polite and helpful! Parking lot does suck if it is busy, but that’s not too big of an issue for me! Keep it up!

No one cares about Dunkin Donuts. This crap franchise needs to stay out of Springfield. Poor quality donuts and mediocre coffee are not needed here.

Parking lot and drive through is absolutely horrendous at this location and makes me want to not go. Every time I go, I feel like I am either going to hit somebody or get hit — if this location gets even moderately busy, traffic backs out onto the street and impatient drivers will pass people on the left(who are trying to turn left into the business)… I have seen at least 10 near misses the three times I have been to this location. I don’t even know how they could possibly fix the lot — they can’t buy up any land around it as it all appears to be drainage and road. You are taking your life and property into your own hands when you go to this location during rush hour.

The apple sausage breakfast sandwich was good, but could tell it was microwaved. My son and I really liked the hash browns. The munchkins were better and tasted fresher than the donuts did.

I’ve gotten better donuts from Walmart. If you want a real donut go to St. Georges.

Dunkin has proved itself a great place. Coffee is consistently great except for the human error that is 3 cream and sugar instead of 1 each. Donuts are apparently not baked fresh but they are still good. Also don’t call a plain donut an old fashioned because that’s not what an old fashioned is.

Glazed donuts taste like ones you’d get from the grocery, you know the ones with have the glaze gone or liquified and a little stale? The Boston cream you have to ¾ of it before you find any cream. Not impressed with the flattened sandwiches nor do I like being held hostage in the parking lot because no one will let you back out of your parking space.

My favorite donut place and I’m so glad they are finally here! Delicious donuts, food, drinks. Favorite thing to get is the assorted donut holes!

Welcome Back to SGF! We have missed you! Great location with a nice easy in-n-out drive-through for those of you in a rush. Same great quality that you expect when you eat at a DD. Plenty of peeps working during their soft opening and things appear to be running very smoothly.
