Dunkin’ Donuts

This is the only Dunkin that makes my coffees the way I like. I will drive to this one even if I’m near another. Very friendly employees and always a good experience!

I’m actually quite surprised this location doesn’t have more stars! I used to come here all the time (but then had an affair with Starbucks).
I only come here every once in a while, but my experience has always been pleasant. The drive thru line is quite long in the morning (obviously) so I go inside. They’re quick and have never gotten my order wrong. They’ve never been out of anything (however I go in the am) and the one time they got my coffee too sweet they replaced it with a smile.
No complaints here!

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in all of Springfield. The employees are very rude and always rush you through your order which they don’t even make correctly. I order the same thing just about every day: Medium ice coffee with cream and two Splenda. I am diabetic. Coffee makes or breaks my morning. If they don’t forget the sweetener completely (this has happened over 10 times in the past year) they put actual sugar in it! I’m sorry that I’m diabetic but I always double check my order and they mess up! On one occasion I even went in to complain and asked for the manager and the girl at the counter just grabbed her friend (who was working the window 10 minutes before) and she told me she was the manager but said there was nothing she could do and gave me a huge amount of attitude. I wasn’t born yesterday, I called up during peak time and asked for the managers name which didn’t correlate with the name the employee had on her badge. I don’t like my insulin being spiked and I really don’t like being lied to by people for their mistakes! I left corporate a nasty message. I hope they get some better employees in there. How hard is it to make a coffee right. It’s your specialty isn’t it?

LOVE THERE FOOD, AND COFFEE! There best food, is def a cheddar chesse bagel twist warmed up with an iced coffee!

the service at this location is horrible, and the employees are rude. I go there 2 – 3 times per week because its so close to work but I will not go anymore
