I found Cathy to be very professional and she provided excellent service. I did a full leg service for four sessions, and now, over a year later I rarely have to shave. I didn’t experience any adverse effects. She also is very flexible with scheduling which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend based on my experience.

The entire time I was with her I felt that she didn’t know what she was doing. She was always trying to convince me to do laser hair removal even when I told her that I had PCOS and that I KNEW laser wouldn’t work. Her prices are great for electrolysis but I won’t be back because her machines are not updated, I’m not getting the quality I was expecting and her lack of knowledge about my condition with the constant laser sales pitching is just making me uncomfortable. There’s better out there to have this treatment done with.

Wanted to wait till I completely finished my underarm laser hair removal treatment before writing this review for Epicare. It definitely was a little annoying that it took a lot more visits than originally expected before my hair finally stopped growing back. However, nobody can predict exactly how many times it’ll take to complete a treatment. Throughout my whole treatment Cathy was so kind and very flexible. She always tried her best to accommodate my schedule and get me in even if I called last minute! She was very professional and knowledgeable. Place was very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend her for anyone who wants laser hair removal treatments.

I am a 60 year-old woman with a severe case of facial hair. Over the past 30 years I have gone to a total of six different electrologists. I can vouch for Cathy. She is careful to use the right setting to PREVENT pitting and scarring. During the time I have been going to her, my facial hair has been getting sparser and sparser, which means she is doing something right. I especially appreciate the care she takes NOT to burn.
