The yogurt is ok but I question how fresh it is. I tried a smoothie as well and the consistency is watery and overloaded with fruit that tastes frozen in sugar water. Not many yogurt flavors to choose from compared to the competition in town. Orange Leaf has probably double the flavors not to mention the larger and more inviting atmosphere. I’ve given a two star rating primarily to the POOR customer I have received from the same male employee both times I have been in. Never greeted by him and when I asked for a smoothie he tossed his gloves off and sighed as if I was bothering him. Never a smile on his face either.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Springfield, MO
Another dessert place graces downtown Springfield. Despite its adjacent local to the eyesore that can sometimes be the bus station, this place is sleek and totally metropolitan for modest Springfield. It is also nice to see this formerly vacant and unappealing stretch of businesses regain a pulse. From the moment you pass through the picture window exterior you will feel transported out of the downtown square scene. The quaint seating area features glistening yet rustic slabs of wood for tables. This aesthetic is contrasted with pristine white contemporary seating. The bar area is a tad anticlimactic but it does perform the necessary functions. PLUS: 25 cents of every purchase goes to a charity for a global cause MINUS: Evidently they have state of the art yogurt… but they don’t make it here… too bad Thus far, I have dabbled in about half of the humble stretch of frozen yogurt flavors. The wall of dripping goodness is a tad bland looking, with little else, but the dispensing mechanisms, and small flavor labels. For the health conscious the fat free varieties are marked, but in a discrete way… Hell, I honestly had no idea that frozen yogurt even had any fat. The flavors are pretty unique and it appears that they will change seasonally. So far the mixed pumpkin cheesecake flavor has been the most gratifying… In terms of the fat free Euro tart flavor that I tried, it was tasty, but the texture wasn’t quite as creamy… It was more like shaved ice mingled in cream… but still good. The array of toppings range from healthy sliced fruit to demolished bits of candy bars which work to complete the experience. The concept is like other places… 39 cents per ounce. So you can pig out, or satisfy even your smallest sweet tooth for whatever price. This is a nice paradigm. You can’t bitch over being charged too much for food… The next time you are downtown, I totally recommend this as a change of pace from your usual dessert routine… especially for those who spend all their downtown time at the damn bistro! Fria has outdoor seating too, so walk your happy ass down there!
