I can’t say enough good things about my experience here today! We walked in, and the place was very open and professional, they had a ton of beautiful gowns, etc. the staff was very friendly and professional! Kim helped me and was so helpful with assisting me getting into and out of dresses and finding my style. We didn’t feel pressured at all! The dresses we tried on we’re very nice and clean (unlike many other places we went to) I ended up getting my dress and veil from here! They also gave us a free t-shirt with our purchase! They were very patient with me and helped me every step of the way in choosing the dress I loved! Thank you so much Gracie’s Bridal!

Very, very rude service, especially the owner. Pretty dresses, very poor selection. Trust me, even if the prices were super low and they had a huge selection, dealing with their arrogant (particularly the owner) attitudes is soooo not worth it. I can’t believe they stay in business.

I was trying on wedding dresses. Very little selection. Pictures were not allowed; my sister is 12 hours away I wanted her to be a part of my choices. When I did find one I like they wouldn’t write down the designer or style so I could remember it. They said it would be in their computer and I can just come back. To say the least I supported another local bridal salon!

I am from out of town and am currently going to school near Springfield. Since I have been in school I have had 3 bridesmaids dresses altered here that we’re not purchased at this particular store. The staff was always very accommodating to my needs and could fit me in to the seamstress’s schedule on short notice. I have continually been impressed not only with the service, but the alterations that I have gotten done here. The prices are very affordable and everyone makes you feel very welcome!
