Hardee’s

Took 50 minutes in the drive thru, we got in the drive thru at 11 and did not leave the drive thru with our food untill a couple minutes until midnight. she kept telling us to hold on in the middle of our order. Then at the end of our order didn’t even get it right and told us to just pull up to the window and she will fix it. After our car someone new took over and started getting the cars through. Once we got to the window she started yelling at the other girl saying «she trynna take homeboys order» we were trying to read our order back to her because we got one of our burgers with only mayo ketchup and lettuce she continued to interrupt us and say «yeah yeah yeah I got it I got it» then called the cook a mother fucker. Once we got home we discovered both of our sprites were just soda water because the syrup was out, along with my burger that was suppose to be only ketchup mayo and lettuce that she said she got it had bacon which we didn’t order extra onions, tomatoes and pickles .Who ever the girl was needs to be trained properly, very trashy. Would not come back EVER. Couldn’t pay me to go back.

It’s fast food so you get what you pay for. I’d say this is one of the pricier option for a fast food restaurant. My chicken on my chicken sandwich was really dark as if over cooked and sitting in a warmer for a long time before being served to me. The Hardee’s in Springfield pale in quality compared to other offerings these days. I will commend the service for being fast and friendly.
