OMG… we buy from this McD’s weekly because it’s just down the street and we are a busy family. Tonight I spent $ 18.22, which is a little less than regular weekly. My 15 yr old called McD’s because her 20 piece McNuggets were dry, tough and nearly inedible. Whoever answered the phone demanded that she bring them all back right now. Are you kidding me? I know McD’s is so close and convenient that we frequent it, but pizza delivers. Just saying ~

This restaurant had the loveliest employees! Everyone was very polite. Unfortunately, the coffee was terrible (very weak and watery. Maybe two pots brewed from one pouch?) and by the time it was cool enough to drink we were miles away and couldn’t go back.

Two stars for hot food, at least the kitchen seemed to have their act together-maybe. The drive thru just yelled at a upset customer, a fresh mgr/leader came in and was told how 5 different orders were waiting on fries. Front of house staff, to include a manager appeared apathetic, slow and confused. Apparently words such as «thank you» and other niceties are not in their vocabulary. Drive thru was busy but in store slow. The few people there had their order practically thrown at them and everyone had to ask for something they ordered and didn’t get. The place was not clean either.
