What a horrible experience. On multiple occasions I have been disappointed at this particular location but this morning, I was seriously beyond anger. I went inside to order some food to go, and was over charged first. I even had a coupon. Let me restate this: my total was supposed to be discounted but instead it was more than it normally would. Basically I was charged for 3 biscuits when I should have gotten 2 and been charged for one. After I notice the employees mistake, she gave me a very mean look like I was lying to scam them or something. She then proceeded to help other customers before looking at my receipt. She refunded my money right before handing me my order which couldn’t have been more wrong. Didn’t notice the oder was wrong until I got home. Never coming back… why do they hire degenerates in places like this?

I want to let everyone know about the experience I had. I was at the drive thru at Hardee’s at 8:14 this morning. When I got to the window to pay the guy running the drive thru he was in an argument with another employee. He was shouting at the other employee and I quote«Biscuit makers aren’t cooks, you can just leave!» I really liked his Eminem accent… Really buddy you’re working at the drive thru at this point in your life, you’re not a famous rapper, get over it. Because he was arguing he handed me the wrong food. Which I told him, then he looked angry at me. So I just grabbed my food and left. I was going to ask for ketchup and grape jelly but it wasn’t even worth it at that point. Just a terrible experience. They can keep the jelly and ketchup, I’m never going back! I should have known better.
