Pauline is rude; other staff nice enough. Customer service mostly atrocious. Locks out 2pm appts until dot. VERY limited appt availability: 1 Tues/​mo. & Fri., but NOT always full days then either. My daughter’s treatment extended now over 6 mos. because Dr. kept delaying a surgery for HIS convenience. Children treated in open room with no privacy & little parent consultation permitted at all. Nice people, but once you start here, you are stuck with their operating methods. I regret it EVERY visit. And that’s alot of my time over 3 yrs
