Nahee Williams, DDS- Precious Smiles of Virginia

After a bad experience for both my preschooler and teen at a previous pediatric dentist I was referred to Precious Smiles by a fellow military spouse where I live. Actually a few to be honest.
Today I took my 4 year old and though at first I got lost getting to the office the staff was really nice about staying on the phone with me til’ I figured my way to the office. Upon walking in the staff was very friendly and welcoming, My son was a bit confused as to the new dentist location, but he quickly got over it upon checking out the atmosphere.
After a few minutes of waiting; son was a new patient, he was eventually called back and had no problem getting up on the dental chair to begin his dental cleaning/​flossing. I have to say I was amazed on how comfortable he seemed knowing what he had gone through at a previous local dentist. Staff even allowed me to stay back there with him which I really appreciated. The dentist was very nice and explained in detailed what she was doing and any future after care my son my need as he grows.
I can say that I an very pleased at this point on the office and staff as a whole. Especially seeing how comfortable my son was in the office
