Indulge is the best new thing in town! I always look for new things to do when I come home to visit and indulge did not disappoint. Food is great, service is great and there’s plenty of antiques to look at/buy during your visit. Make sure to check this place out! It’s located in the shopping center right next to Bi-Mart on Mowhawk

Loved it! Great, and I mean GREAT Reuben sand. Yum! Eye candy everywhere. Service included help with our family«selfie»! I could taste, see and smell the passion of the place as soon as we got through the door. Very special joint!

My wife met a friend for lunch. She ordered the Cobb salad, while eating the salad, she thought some of the ingredients were not on the plate. While paying her bill, she checked the menu and commented that her salad was missing some of the ingredients. The server commented«Well, why didn’t you tell us sooner»? Hmmm! A check in with the server may have helped to solve the problem. I thought that the axiom was«The customer is always right».

AI attended a baby shower held at the café inside indulge. This place is so fun and unique! I didn’t do much browsing since I was focused on the shower but it looked like they had some really fun things. I ordered the Cobb salad which was wonderful, and had mint tea. I want to come back and try the sandwiches because they looked delicious, as well as their desserts! The staff was friendly and accommodating.(This doesn’t affect my rating, but just a side note to Mom’s, there isn’t a changing table here. Which I always like to know beforehand).

My friend’s mom is from Springfield, so one day, the four of us went out to lunch at this quaint café that she was particularly fond of. I didn’t see too much buzz about it on Unilocal, but I fell in love with the café as soon as we walked inside. It’s basically an antique store with a café inside of it. So, you pass by all these gadgets and figurines of different types – as well as the tantalizing bakery case – before you even get to the café. The café feels like a hidden gem, as if you went back in time. All the chairs at each table are different and made from different materials. My friend’s mom made a reservation, and it’s a good thing, because the café was pretty full. This restaurant is really unique because you can browse the selection at antiques while you wait for your name to be called, or if you didn’t make reservations, you can shop around in the meantime. Since my friend’s mom made reservations for our group, we didn’t have to wait for very long. But I still browsed the selection of antiques and took a good, hard look at the bakery display case(and had to resist buying one of those delicious goodies for myself). Maybe I’ll get to try one of the desserts during another visit. But, I really enjoyed my first visit to Indulge!, simply because the café had a unique feel to it and the food was delicious. Here’s what our group ordered: «The Famous Cobb Salad»: This salad sounded really good on the menu, and I wanted a lighter lunch since I knew I would be going out to dinner later that night. This Cobb salad featured Romaine(I’m glad it wasn’t mixed greens) hearts stacked high, crisp bacon, sliced boiled eggs, grilled chicken breast, tomato wedges, asiago and parmesan cheese and blue cheese dressing. The salad came with a slice of grilled baguette bread. I ordered the half size without tomatoes and it was still a good size. The lettuce tasted fresh and crisp, and it came with an ample amount of dressing. I love blue cheese dressing, so I was perfectly satisfied with this salad. It was the perfect option for a lighter lunch. «Creamy Turkey Raspberry»: My friend got the half size of this sandwich. She likes rye bread, but she wanted to get this sandwich because its ingredients were so unique. It basically reminded me of Thanksgiving components but in sandwich form. It featured fresh turkey breast, house raspberry dressing, cranberries and cream cheese, along with lettuce, mayo and tomatoes on soft marbled rye. My friend said she enjoyed all the ingredients of this sandwich. All sandwiches come with thick, crisp potato chips and a pickle. «Tuna Melt»: My other two friends shared the full size of this tuna melt, saying that it’s their go-to order. They said there are other delicious things on the menu, but they have a hard time deviating from this sandwich. It includes white albacore tuna salad atop two open-faced English muffins, swiss cheese and a thick slice of tomato, melted to perfection. My friend said she and her mom always get this sandwich because they really like the open-faced aspect of it. I have to admit, those English muffins looked delicious. If I liked tuna, I would definitely want to try this one day. «Reuben and the Rye»: I like paninis even more than regular sandwiches, so if I wanted a heartier lunch, this is the option I would have gone for. It features tender corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese and luscious house dressing on marbled rye bread. I don’t get corned beef options, but this sandwich sounds intriguing. Plus, I really like rye bread as well, so I would probably order the whole sandwich and relish every single bite. «Fresh Housemade Quiche and Salad»: If I weren’t going out to dinner later that night, I would have ordered the quiche from Indulge! You can get the veggie or bacon option; I would have gone with the bacon option, no questions asked. Plus, it comes with a side salad, so I would still get my greens in.

I really like this store/café! The only down side is the café prices are really REALLY high. I had High Tea and was disappointed that for $ 35+(now 40) per person you only get 1 pot of tea with your meal. It costs extra for a second pot of tea. And they don’t have any traditional tea choices.

The tea is not free!!! It is $ 4.50 per tea bag! It was presented on the table so I assumed it was house tea. Or perhaps $ 1 like most tea. No, no it was not

Okay Indulge — I am still definitely a fan! I love Montana, Brad(Owners) and Alice(her mother) but I have a bone to pick. We LOVE this place but the pricing is just kinda high. I know they are busy. I love that they are a Christian store. I want to support them but it becomes cost prohibitive. Mom and I buy coupons and then use them but even with that we had to still pay significant money in addition to do the high tea. It used to be $ 30 for high tea(with ONLYONETEABAG — I know they are expensive teas but really? One tea?) in 2015 — as of January 1 they changed to $ 40 for high tea. They did allow two tea bags, which for this tea drinker made a difference for sure… but when I asked the reason for the increase when booking the reservation I was told that the desserts would be better. I am not a dessert fan and if I am being completely honest I am not a huge fan of Indulge desserts. They just aren’t that good. The cupcake is okay. The lemon bars are okay(wish they had more lemon). The rest are just like store bought whatever so I can’t fall in love with them. Things I love about the high teas: — the service is AWESOME always — the presentation is absolutely lovely. The silver towers/trees are a nice addition but were completely unnecessary. — the tea is good but maybe consider a cheaper tea for high teas so people can enjoy more than one flavor. If you want ONE though try Ambrosia it is FANTASTIC — the sandwiches are awesome — the soup and quiche is always good as is the side salad. Things I don’t prefer about the high teas: — the price — $ 40 per person is steep. It isn’t a private formal environment. I love this environment but it isn’t at all like a traditional HIGH tea with the hustle and bustle in this store — the desserts — boo I just wish they had more flavor — two tea bags(which is better than it was) limit. Suggestion — put it in your pot after you agree with your party about which type you have. Each will definitely brew the entire pot of water. Then it goes further. I will say this. There was a larger quantity of food. I just don’t think it is that necessary to have that much food. I LOVE the variety but I loved what we got last year and I could justify paying $ 30 to go to High Tea for what you got… I’m very sad the pricing went so high. Mom and I were going to come every couple of months to high teas for mom and daughter time. Now we will have to make it just for her birthday. I can’t justify it any other time. The pricing for the rest of the food isn’t cheap either so you are warned. It is good food and the reuben is AWESOME… but you will pay good money for it.

I love this store; old and new mixed together. The staff are friendly and the place always has new things out. Definitely recommend grabbing lunch at the café inside. We had our holiday lunch there and they did a fantastic job!

I think this store is well put together. It doesn’t smell like an antique store, maybe because of the sweets and sandwiches made in the café and great candles. I just couldn’t get over how cute and charming this place was. Sadly my boyfriend discovered it and had to drag me there, and I’m glad he did. The atmosphere is wonderful and people are very nice.

I love, love, love Indulge. Enjoy gathering there with girl friends for lunch and chat sessions. Great food value for the money. Comfortable seating and tables, great service, and wonderful desserts. Only complaint from our group was paying so much extra for tea refills. same price for original cuppa and a refill(now they bring their own tea bags for second cup), would be nice if it was free refills like coffee. Nice place to browse after indulging!

This place is soooo cool! It’s kind of a «girl’s lunch out» place, but also would make a great family gathering place. I’m not sure if lunch is their specialty, probably is. The trick is to eat not TOO much on the lunch order and to save space for the fabulous desserts! Then allow for at least an hour to wander around and look at the antiques and the kids toys area(you can get ideas for decorating if you want to go garage sailing afterwards). The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it’s in a place you… wouldn’t expect it to be.
