So I am on the road again this winter, this time 1150 miles from home. We have 8 – 12 inches of snow predicted tomorrow & I know my vehicle (’12 BMW X5) is ready for the worst conditions thanks to Clem, Jeremy, Joe & Gary as well as the technicians at Isringhausen. My Snow tires were put on a couple of weeks ago & they perform great in both rain & snow. Thanks all & Happy New Year!!!

Very nice dealership. I just drove cross country from California. Needed walk-​in help for a minor issue. They took care of it immediately & then washed my car! I like these folks.

I tried to buy a BMW there to support what I thought was a good dealership.
In researching Z4’s in the Midwest, I found a similarly equipped Z4 outside of Chicago. When I mentioned this car to them, they said that the other BMW dealership wouldn’t have as nice of a car and that the other dealership was sneaky.
I said meet at a mutually agreeable price and they wouldn’t budgeting price. I told them that I’m buying the other car. I tried to put a deposit down to show I was serious but they wouldn’t do that.
The salesman calls me this morning as I’m on the train to Chicago to buy the other Z4… Oh if it doesn’t workout. Stop by and buy our car…
Overpriced and unprofessional… No thanks!
I’m not paying extra to advertise a bad dealership.

Awful. Dropped of the BMW for warranty service and, after 2 days, they still haven’t looked at the car and won’t commit to a day when they will. I strongly recommend avoiding this business.
