Joe Gallina’s has the best pizza I have ever had in Springfield. It’s conveniently located in downtown Springfield and they also deliver. They have a wide selection of pizza and other offerings you might find at a pizza place (pasta, sandwiches, etc).
I popped in for lunch last week and had the white pizza with onions and Canadian bacon. You do not see white pizza (pizza with garlic and olive oil instead of marinara sauce) too often outside of Chicago so I was impressed to see this on their menu. It was delicious and I’ll definitely be back to sample it again.
Joe’s is a great place to go for lunch if you work downtown or if you want to grab pizza and a cold beer after work. Also the garlic knots are a must try!
