The service okay. The best time to go is in the afternoon, it gets crowded in the evening.

Came here on a late evening after work when my eye dr sadly informed me I needed a break from contacts. I hopped over next door to search for a new pair of glasses. The selection was great and I quickly found my perfect wide framed glasses. I was helped by a really nice associate with a man bun who went out of his way to ensure that my lenses could be crafted that night despite the fact it was almost time to close. I appreciated the commitment to the client and the quick turn around and would absolutely recommend!

I went in to look for glasses during the holiday season which for a lot of folks is when they are trying to use up their Health Savings Account money. I was one of them. I went in and was immediately greeted and given room to walk around and try on glasses. They have a great selection at this location. Many of the frames are designer and tend to be in the $ 100+ range but in terms of style, I enjoyed the range of the selection. It was hard for me to narrow it down to 2 choices which I then consulted with the sales floor to see which one looked best. I was helped by a nice young man who tried very hard to process my order despite the fact that their computer system went down. He said he would keep my information on file and call me the next day in order to get payment. He did and was very courteous. My glasses look amazing and I have gotten many great compliments.

I like the section they have of glasses. I’ve been to other places before and the price seems a little more steep. But I appreciated them telling me the exact kind of glasses I needed as a fitness instructor.

Springfield location is much better than Landmark. The staffs are great, the doctor is very professional. The parking is not crowded. I recommend this place.

The doctor is very nice has excellent advice took his time didn’t rush me. Personally looked after me my contact lens are –13.50 which he ordered today has a trail pair of –12.00 The best in being humble and knowledgeable in eye health care

A few weeks ago, I finally made an appointment at the doctor next door then came here to get both prescriptions filled. Both: I’m so special that even though I have 20⁄20 vision, I have slight nearsightedness with reading and need reading glasses in a progressive lens for regular use and a different pair for slight farsightedness when driving. The reading glasses I chose weren’t a great choice. The lenses kept coming out! Several trips and they restrung them, very cheerfully. Last night, I asked to replace the frames entirely. Now, this isn’t like exchanging a tablecloth. The expensive part — the lenses can’t be reused. The manager, Mary, was enthusiastic and supportive. We discussed options and quickly found a replacement pair of frames. The difference in cost to me was less than dinner out, going from basic frames to top line designer titanium frames. They were ready in two hours. Too often, there may be an assumption a company won’t stand behind its product. We walk in with a full head of steam(I call it Real Housewives mode). How about calmly discussing the problem and asking for options? What i experienced here was this business does stand behind its product and values its customers.

I was in need of a pair of wraparound sunglasses to wear when riding my motorcycle. I loved the Maui Jim’s at Lenscrafters. Unfortunately, they could not do lined bifocals or trifocals, only a progressive bifocal lens. Since I would be using these outdoors and indoors I decided on graduated density lens, dark on the top and light on the bottom. When I went to pick up my glasses they were not as I ordered. The glasses were allegedly dark tint on the top lighter in the middle and back to a dark tint on the bottom. Strange to have stratified graduations like that. The young lady who waited on me could have cared less whether I was a customer or not. She offered no apologies and blamed a mistake on the initial sales person. There was no offer to fix it, or ask me how they could make it right. She coldly ask for my credit card but didn’t tell me why. She issued me a full $ 580 refund and sent me on my way. It was obvious from my experience and others who have written reviews, these young employees have received no customer service training that reflect poor management. Hopefully other lenscrafters are better managed.

This review is based on a quick visit of convenience but I received a surprisingly great level of customer service from the staff here. One of the little gel nose pads tore off my glasses and slipped off the little arm somewhere onto the ground in the car park. I tried to wear them as-is but the bare arm dug into my face uncomfortably. Luckily I spotted this Lens Crafters branch and popped inside in the hope of a walk-in repair. I was greeted by a chap in a suit before the door even closed behind me. I showed him my glasses and as I began to explain he reached for them and excused himself. He was barely gone a minute when he returned and then replaced both the wee nose pads. He then turned them over to me and asked me to try them on. He checked them over and then molded the legs of the glasses so they would sit better on my stupid face. And that was it! I was unsure what to do in terms of a fee because after I walked in we didn’t even discus cost to fix. Again he just intervened and said no thank you no charge as he felt it was a wee repair and just wished me a good day. I thought that was brilliant customer service and told him so. And similarly he didn’t try to use the service as a way to expect me to get an eye exam or purchase anything on this visit. I was quite happy with the quality of customer service. I was in a hurry to leave the area generally so I thanked him and made a mental note to make further later inquiries about eye exams and the range/cost of new glasses here. The shop was very clean and very cool temp-wise. It is in a shopping area that has a Best Buy, a Chinese take-out place and several other shops.

Went to buy a prescription p[air of glasses for my grandma and they refused. They said they can’t read the prescription. Went to Walmart and got it done in 15 minutes. I think they are just lazy. The girl was wearing two tons of make up and looked like she was dressed for the prom. If you don’t want to work then why do you have a job?

My first time getting glasses and they did a great job of explaining everything to me in detail and in writing. There are obviously some things the corporation makes the associates try to sell you — but I didn’t have any trouble, or get a fight, when I politely refused the upsells. Will shop again.
