My overall experience with Lindsay Collision Center was excellent. The communication, efficiency, service, etc was all stellar (not to mention my car looked fantastic when I got it back). Justin was the individual that I worked with and he made the experience painless. I would work with him again in a heartbeat!

I could tell walking in the door that my car was in good hands! My vehicle had been backed into while I was out of town and of course, no one left a note. Geico did a fine job getting me an estimate, and Lindsay has onsite insurance inspection counters for most major companies. They took about a week to repair which was what was estimated, kept in touch with me about the status, and my car looks brand new. Highly recommended.

I had the most wonderful experience with Lindsay Collision Center. When my car was wrecked I couldn’t imagine it ever getting back into shape but with the work done at Lindsay I can confidently say my car looks brand new. I want to specially thank John Michael for his constant help with the whole repair. He was always available to answer my questions and keep me updated with step by step updates of the repair process. His whole team was phenomenal from Jacob the CSR to David the valet. I also want to thank Nancy and Jackie from the reception desk for being so nice and friendly to me whenever I stopped by. I will definitly recommend Lindsay Collision to all my friends and family!

I personally worked in the industry for many years and they are very few shops that I would trust to bring my car to. I had a major impact to my car, quarter had to be replace. John Michael did an outstanding job from the moment I arrive, he took completely control of the situation, maintained us informed of the process along the way. A few hiccups a long the way but John took care of issue with out a question. Always pleasant and on point with what needed to get done. Overall an awesome job these guys do, the facility is fabulous, customer service is great, everyone seem very friendly and willing to offer any help. I would highly recommend Lindsay Collision to anyone. Keep up the great work guys, not many shops like you guys!!!

The hard-​working people at Lindsay Collision Center are truly the best of the best. I got hit by another driver in DC who bolted from the left-​turn lane into moving traffic without looking and sideswiped me as I was driving by. Their insurance company has been ignoring calls from mine, and it’s been an ongoing mess. With my state inspection coming up, I decided to move forward with the collision policy my insurance company offers. They got me in touch with the Lindsay Collision Center and after a series of unfortunate events, I knew I could finally breathe easy.
Lindsay Collision Center has a team of individuals who are prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and so dedicated in helping to repair your vehicle. In the five days that my car was in the shop, I received daily updates and someone was always available to answer any questions I had. When I picked up my car, I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful it was. It looked brand new! It sucks to be in a car accident, but it’s nice to know that there are places like this with people who really care and take pride in what they do.

Alright, as I’m sure most people feel, it’s never good to have to come to a collision center. It’s like the hospital for your car. You never want to be here, but when you do — you need to have people who can take care of you and make everything ok.
My experience with collision centers is extremely limited, as I’ve never been in an accident which required me to have body work done. Years ago I had my car broken into and had my interior worked on as my entire dashboard was destroyed when my stereo was stolen… and my experience was mediocre at best.
Over a month ago I was involved in an accident where my passenger side door and fender were severely dented, as well as my quarter panel below the door. This is on my 2015 MY car that had about 9k miles on it! I was heartbroken and distraught to say the least…
Enter Lindsay Collision.
After calling USAA to report the claim, I selected Lindsay based on their reputation. USAA and Lindsay both assured me that all new, OEM parts would be used for the repairs and that all work will be guaranteed for the life of the vehicle as long as I own it. I was able to drop off my car the day after the accident and pick up a rental USAA had arranged for me. I only had to walk about 20 steps from where I dropped my baby off to the Enterprise counter where my temporary wheels were waiting on me.
The repair took several weeks (which was expected, and I was informed of this at the beginning when I dropped off my car). I don’t know if anyone had even wrecked one of these new cars yet, but I was assured that the car would be repaired to factory specs and would be as close to perfect as possible.
When I picked up my car, I was BLOWN AWAY with the quality of repairs! You really cannot even tell that there was ever any damage. Everything is perfectly straight. I didn’t have a scratch on my car before I was hit, and now it’s back to the same condition.
Lindsay knocked this one out of the park, and took care of everything for me. I seriously can’t think of a more seamless experience at any business I’ve ever had. Lindsay is the most professional vehicle service center I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!

Soooooo it’s sad to say that I’ve been here once before this visit when someone hit my car. The first time, back in 06/​2012, someone hit my car while parked (bumper) and it was caught on a surveillance camera, so I found the driver and his insurance allowed me to bring it here. It was repaired well within the estimated time and everything was covered by the other driver’s insurance. I was 100% satisfied with the work and service!
Well, someone hit my bumper once again, in early July 2015, so back to the collision center I came. Every staff member greeted me immediately upon driving up — Classic Lindsay customer service, ensuring that you have been acknowledged — and I checked in with the front desk.
Kara was my assigned advisor and explained the process of repairing my car thoroughly. She kept in constant contact via text message and phone calls to ensure that I knew the status of my car. Kara was very, very professional and thorough every single time she contacted me. She was GREAT and provided such awesome service!!!
My car was completed one day sooner than promised, so I was super excited to know that I could enjoy it just before the weekend started.
I picked up my car and it was FLAWLESS!!! Not only did they repair my bumper to perfection, they detailed and delivered it to me SPOTLESS!!! I absolutely LOVE the Lindsay Lexus collision center and will never take my car anywhere else IF it is ever damaged. Praying this is the last time though lol
GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Lindsay Collision Center is a business who sets themselves apart from the rest and works really hard to do so. When having body work done on my Beetle, I got a call and or text message EVERY DAY about the status of completion. WOW! They kept me informed constantly. It was so helpful because it allowed me to plan accordingly and not take time to make calls to them. I am so grateful to Lindsay Collision Center for taking great care of my car. Also, a major plus is that their facility is spotless and has a very cozy waiting center. Every staff member was helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend Lindsay.

I had my choice of places to go when I got in a fender bender and I came on Unilocal to look. Lindsay came up #1 and I’m glad I went there. The waiting area is extremely comfortable (giant TV, free coffee, etc.) and the process is quick. I was able to drop my car off and get my rental in a matter of minutes. Laura was fantastic to deal with. They sent email updates throughout the process and my car was even done early. The work was excellent — can’t even tell anything happened.
To top it off, when I noticed a minor problem once I got my car, Laura told me to come back and they fixed the problem when I stopped by.
Great experience.

Dropped my Caddy off today. A lady rear ended me so I’m hoping to get my car back better than new. And they make it where the clear coat matches or ill not be happy :) wished me luck! But so far so good!

StateFarm rep Mark Bowman was fantastic. My car had been continuously damaged by a psycho neighbor. I was getting nowhere with StateFarm on the phone, even after I sent pictures, and Mark nailed it properly, as did Fairfax police, as «Vandalism» and it belonged under my comprehensive and not MY collision coverage. He was friendly and professional. Made my entire week. THANK YOU! I AM SO GLAD i WENT HERE! Walked out with a check. YAY!

Several months ago I went to this collision center and the rep for USAA was amazing. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my vehicle issue. This review is long overdue, but is well deserved. Thank you

Started going here because my car got hit and it is one of Geico’s recommended
shops. Dave was my service tech and did an amazing job with everything. A few months later I was still hearing a rattle in my front left suspension, so I brought in and Dave was able to take care of it.
Since then I have needed work to be done, and I have no problem driving from DC to Springfield just so I know my car is in good hands.

I had a great experience at Lindsay Collision Center. The customer service manager that I worked with was Kara. I thought she was great. She answered all my questions and kept in contact with me during the entire process. Couldn’t have gone better!

I own a Lexus IS 250 and was in a car accident recently. I wanted to make sure that I took my car to a reputable body shop. I researched online and found Lindsay Collision Center in Springfield, VA. They had great reviews so I was comfortable having my car towed here. From beginning to end I received EXCELLENT customer service! I loved how they sent me text messages to keep me updated on my car repair status. I also liked that they have a Enterprise Rental car on site which was a definite PLUS and very convenient. Everyone I came in contact with and spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and courteous. I got my car back after two weeks and it looks fantastic! I’m very pleased with their work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs body work done on their vehicle.

This is an update to my review I posted on 9÷17÷14. After posting my review Lauren C the manager reached out to me to see if LCC could resolve the issue for me. She put me in contact with Kara S the customer service manager to work out the problems I had with my repair two years ago. Upon contacting Kara she was quick to reply to my email and I was scheduled to bring my car in the next day (Wed Sept 24) for her to look at. Arriving at LCC I was updated about the work that was required to make my car look pristine again. Kara was willing to do whatever it would take to satisfy my needs. After speaking to her and about the situation I found out some news that I was not aware of. Note: If I had known about this issue two years ago this would have been quickly resolved at that time. So upon my request I spoke to a painter named Eric who did an awesome job by the way. He was confident that he would be able to blend the paint and alleviate the color difference issue. So I left my car there.
Just two days later, 9/​26, Kara called me in the morning notifying me that my car would be ready for pick up later on during the day. At that time it was being put back together and getting it’s exterior detailed. Picking up my car was a breeze, it was already in the service lane and ready to go. I drove my car outside to get some sunlight on it to see if I could still see a difference, accompanied by both Kara and Eric. Boy, was I surprised what a great job LCC did in blending the paint. I am really shocked and impressed at the quality of work Eric did on my car. My car is now bright and shiny like the day it left the dealer. By the way this was all free due to their lifetime warranty.
After my most recent experience I would once again would recommend LCC. The reason for the four stars is because of the miscommunication I experienced two years ago. If a service advisor had told me what I found out most recently two years ago, the problem would have been quickly fixed. Thanks to Kara and Eric I no longer regret brining my car to LCC for the repairs it needed two years ago.

I towed my BMW 325i here, within 3 weeks they «fixed» everything buy they missed a part to my rims and acted like there’s no part missing, when clearly their was a picture of the accident. So I had to come back for them to fix it but I had to wait for the part to come I first which took about 2 weeks. When I can back for the part they guy who was assigned to help me didn’t even remember who my car was or the situation. Would not take my car back

I towed my 2000 Lexus ES 300 here and within 3 weeks, the car was done being repaired.
This worker Rebecca (Lexus) gave me the keys and told me about the warranty. I got into the car and was so excited to have a car again. I started reversing and I hear LOUD screeching sounds but didn’t think too much of it because it went away a few minute later. I started driving to the main road and 5 minutes into driving, the oil light came on so I had to pull over. THE CAR WAS NOT FIXED. THEY HANDED ME BACK AN UNFINISHED CAR AND REFUSED TO FIX IT. *******I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE*******

Unfortunately, I have had to visit Lindsay Collision Center several times due to the few accidents I have been in over the years. Each time my experience, with the Lindsay service agents, has always been pleasant. They do everything in their power to make the process as easy as possible. For your convenience, there are several insurance agents (Allstate, Gieco, State Farm) on site that can help you with your insurance claim. There is an Enterprise Car Rental available to put you in a temporary car. Lastly, Lindsay also have a shuttle service that will take you to and from the nearby metro station.
So how is the quality of the autobody service? AMAZING! PERFECTION! I have had two different cars serviced here: a 2005 Volkswagan Jetta and a 2013 Lexus ES Hybrid. In both instances, they were able to perfectly restore the body of the car and match the paint color. So much so, that you would never know that the car was in any form of an accident.
I would highly recommend Lindsay Collision Center to anyone.
