The store was dirty, staff seemed disorganized and disinterested in helping customers. The food we ordered was correct, but the chicken was overdone and tasted burned. The play place had no clean tables and the trash cabinet was emptied and left standing open.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The area behind the counter looks pretty good too. That being said, there appears to be no effort to keep the customer area clean. Tables remain dirty. The drink area is messy with spills on the tray area, trash coming out of the little hole for straw wrappers, and ketchup on the tray area. The sanitizing wipes– since they don’t wipe the tables, are out, as they were last time. Last time we had to ask for a towel to wipe our table and the girl, very pleasant, cleaned off the table, but told us «we can get in trouble if we let a customer do it». Apparently this is only if they have to provide a towel for you. The bathrooms were absolutely unacceptable. To think employees use them and then cook/handle food! This restaurant has potential, but it needs management to care about the entire restaurant. I came across town to this one so my son could play– they have a fantastic play area, but next time I am beinging my own bleach soaked towel in a baggy. My son will be getting a full bath as soon as we get home.

Food was awful a 8 dollar chicken sandwich was poorly made missing ingredients and sandwich and fries ice cold. That visit reaffirmed why I do not visit. McDonald’s. The manager was very unapologetic as he offered me a dollar mc chicken to replace my buttermilk chicken combo. The only up side to walking in that door was our cashier amazing young lady.

Went through the drive through the other day. It was pretty early in the morning and I had a long drive ahead of me. I was in the mood for an ice coffee. I’d had one only a couple of times previously at other McDonald’s. Those previous drinks came with a little whipped topping and a flavoring drizzle on top. Since McDonald’s is McDonald’s, I expected the same. Paid at the first window, drove to the 2nd. Where I was handed a rather sloppy, unappealing drink. I asked«doesn’t this come with whipped cream?» The curt reply was«no».(Which immediately affected my morning disposition) I asked«can I get some?» with my best smile. The reply-«NO! Cuz I’d have to charge you and I don’t have a cash register here.» — well I guess that’s that, then. As a result, I feel that particular McDonald’s does not need or want my business in the future. Now, I’ll admit it pissed me off at first, so I did not immediately write a review or complain as I suspected it might be that it was early, and I was grumpy. Or I overreacted to being chided by an employee of a business I frequent. However, I found her rudeness inexcusable and her laziness a disability to the store. Here’s how I see it: you either want business or you don’t. Most people, myself included, understand that businesses can be busy. Smile and tell me it’ll be a minute if I don’t mind waiting. Take my money and walk the 4 steps to cash register and avoid disapproving rants such as this.

Great manager. Really friendly and goes above and beyond for his customers. Also has a play place. Really helpful for some kids to burn off some energy when taking a road trip on 55. 3 – 4 minutes off the highway. Worth it.

They told me to leave after I bought my meal because I had bought coffee from starbucks across the street. They were very rude and nasty people. Mcdonalds is trying to be like they are as good as starbucks but it will never be. I just wanted to have good coffee and a burger too but I was forced to eat it in my car because they threw me out. It was really rude.
