McDonald’s

I’m rating this McDonald’s with one star because they are constantly getting orders wrong. they have awful customer service and when you TRY to call because they screwed up your order they won’t answer the phone. you sit in the drive thru forever. I will never go here again

I’m rating this place 4 stars for the two girls who are working tonight 11/​10/​2015. I usually hate this Mcdonalds because they normally are rude and mess up my order. However tonight there were two girls working and just these two girls. My order was correct and my burgers looked amazing. I know this is just a fast food place but its nice when my burgers don’t look sloppy! So thank you to those two girls!

This is an updated McDonalds with electronic ordering and modern seating. My expectation was that because of the updated features that the place would be clean and efficient. Sadly, that wasn’t the case at 3:00 on a Fall Saturday. The tanks had not been cleared in some time, and the flies on the sunny side of the main dinning area were thick.
There was a large staff to customer ratio. Very polite folks on the line, but the machines processing credit cards were perhaps taking a break.
The location is across from the Bass Pro Shop with several other fast food places both open and under construction. We choose to eat here because we could park next to Starbucks and kill both hunger and coffee needs quickly to get back to the band competition.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I went through there the other day and ordered only for myself. The girl taking money was rude and gave me the wrong change because she was talking to a coworker then called me a a stupid white woman when I called her out on it and refused to get the manager to sort it out. Got to the next window where then next girl also refused to get a manager and I was thrown my food that was cold and made wrong. When I tried to get it replaced I had my eyes rolled at me and was told that there was nothing wrong with it. Left there with them getting almost double the cost of my food for something that was inedible.
