…I tried their new; «Loaded Italian; and I have mixed feelings about it. The curly fries were good as always, and so was the onion rings. BUT the loaded Italian left a LOT to be desired. Pleanty of meat, shredded lettuce, onions, and sliced mild peperchini pepper’s made a tasteful treat for the first 2 bites. It is filling, and it looks good. The small part, 2 bites worth, without the sauce; was good. The rest was tainted by the awful sauce. The sauce looks like an unripe pumpkin, and did not taste good. Other places have similar sandwiches, that are much better tasting. About the service, there was 2 people ordering as I went in. I could not find the loaded Italian prices. BY the time I found the price, they were sitting down. After I ordered, I skipped 2 booths, and got into the one facing the street. Before I sat down, I knocked off the table a hunk of some meat, and some onions from the seat. A total of about 10 people there, and this was 12:45 when I went i ate there last Monday. It took about 10 minutes to get my order«up». I ad read the front page of the Wall Street Journal section and about half of the second one when the order came up. The amount of onion rings seemed skimpy to me. They were within a few napkins of being out. I do mean less than 10. Is taking 10 minutes to fill an order, is that slow or me? With it being so slow, why was the place so messy? The bathroom was also a mess. I have been eating at Arby’s now for more than 5 decades, BUT I will never step back into this one ever again! I have to put this onto the manager’s feet. Must be a lazy jerk running this place in such a slip shod manner.

While I love the food at Arby’s I will not be back to this one. Ate here when my dad was visiting. Our food was good. Service was ok. Just ok not good or bad. They were not busy yet we had to walk the perimeter to find a clean place to sit. The place is completely dirty. Plenty of employees not gainfully employed to clean a table. Next kicker the catchup dispenser HAD to have water mixed in! I never seen catsup so runny! It would get thicker with age so it wasn’t old just watered down! WTF? It was so sickly looking I used Arby’s sauce on my fries instead.(it’s BBQ sauce). Only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is the food was good. I imagine a drive thru experience may be better as you won’t have to search for a clean place to sit and they can’t add water to the catsup packets.

I’m sad that I’m wasting my time reviewing a fast food restaurant. But I’m also sad that I even had to give this place one star. I stopped here as a last resort after a terrible day and just wanting to get lunch over with, I remembered how much I used to love taking my lunch breaks here. So as you can imagine I was pretty disappointed when even though it was pretty busy, only two people were actually working while the rest chatted in the back, and my food came out completely cold. Not even warm. Either they’re heat lamp is broke or they no longer care if you get sick. It’s beyond me how you have so much food pre made that even during lunch rush your serving old, dried out, cold food. My cashier was sweet as Apple pie but the manager looming over her was extremely awkward. He kept saying«you folks have a good day now, have a good day, yup!» While looking at no one specific. Any who, the food was cold, the fries were soggy, and to top it off the Pepsi from the fountain was mixed unevenly and tasted generic. In light of my crappy day and the strange manager, and eating on my last few bucks; I decided I’d just choke it down and never come back rather than complain. My kid wouldn’t touch it and I didn’t blame her, so I had to feed her elsewhere afterward. My husband slipped in a large puddle of water in the middle of the dining area and there were maybe three tables open, none of which you could sit at without cleaning it yourself. Topping it all off, I actually puked just hours after eating and currently believe I’m enduring food poisoning. Looking back on it, I really feel it’s my fault for not complaining. Oh well.

Mmm… jamocha Shakes and Seasoned Curly Fries! They rock my socks off! The other food is ok. The 5 for $ 5 roast beef sandwich special is nice and you can often find some good coupons!

OK, so I usually wouldn’t use friendly and professional in the same sentence as drive through but I saw that exact thing getting lunch today. Who ever the guy is that was working drive through today at Arby’s deserves a raise. I could tell he was smiling even before he took my order, he actually sounded like he was there to help me while I was placing my order, and then, Once my food was in hand, he actually looked straight at me and told me «thank you for choosing Arby’s today» I was really taken back. And on top of that everything was hot and fresh and tasted great.
