Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Mouse droppings in almost all the hallways, as well as trash everywhere. Raised rent not once, not twice but three times in one year. Tried to question as to why and basically got laughed at by the uncooperative people at HQ located in California. Beware, good if you are running a sketchy illegal business out of a storage facility, but for anything else I’d recommend going up the street to the much nicer Backlick storage.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! the managers of this location are scam artists. They will swindle you out of money. DO NOT RENT THERE. I rented a Pensky truck from that location, they tried to pin on me the damage done to the truck from previous rental.
