Protect Your Home – ADT Authorized Premier Provider

Had ADT for several years and went from $ 30 per month to almost $ 70. When I called and asked why they said they would have someone call me from their sales department. Twice I called and twice I was told they would call me and twice they never called. So I switched to Atlas and called to cancel ADT at which point they said I was still under contract after 5 years and it would cost $ 250 to cancel. Got a supervisor to wave this after they could not figure why I was still under contract. Two weeks later I got a bill for the cancelation fee and a note that they would turn it over to a collection agency if I did not pay. Called again and after 30 minutes on the phone got it removed again. This company does not care about their customers. Be careful as you hire them to protect you and they end up taking advantage of you.
