With the exception of the lack of plowing and salt during the winter, this place has been pretty great.
I was weary of the location but, so far so good.
The process was easy as well as the ability to pay my bill online.
The people in the store are also very friendly.

I am only giving this place one star only, because I cannot give them a lower rating. This is not a good rental place and I would avoid it like the plauge. I rented a unit here and had a continual problem with break-ins and no lighting in the hallways. When it was brought to the attention of the staff I was told: «that’s why we have mandatory insurance, so we will not be held liable for anything». Apparently they have been having issues with units being broken into multiple times, but there only concern is making a profit. the lighting in the facility was broken for almost 2 years, and when it was brought to the attention of the staff, it was explained that light is nothing more than a «courtesy» and if you need to see, bring a flashlight. the facility and staff is subpar and I would not reccomend this place at all.
