Worst dining experience in Springfield. It’s your run of the mill American Chinese Buffett style. Sadly the quality is horrible, the facility is filthy, and the staff is very unprofessional. Upon first entry, you feel as if you would have a pleasant dining experience. That’s where it ends. I would definitely not recommend this place, even to my most hated arch-nemesis! Yes, its that bad!

One of the best Chinese buffets I’ve been to. Everything from the Sushi, Hibachi, and desserts, to the enormous amount of other options. Every thing I tried was surprisingly good quality. I’ve been to many a buffet and this one is top of the line for the price.

I enjoy going to this buffet but if you go at an off hour then it is not as fresh as expected. We have gone at around 3:30 and another time around 7:30. It was not near as good. When it’s really busy then they keep buffet fill of fresh food. Really like the Sushi. Crab night on weekends irritate me though, they do not keep up with the demand at all. They bring crab legs out very slowly and there are people standing by for them. Once brought out, they are gone.

Visiting from out of town, my wife and I look for Asian food wherever we go. The buffet area was large, but the food didn’t look very fresh. I tried several of their chicken dishes, bourbon chicken, general tsoa’s, chicken broccoli, and even some shrimp, coconut shrimp. Everything was beyond sweet. Late that night I woke up at 2am with a terrible case of acid reflux. Can’t say I will eat there again.

Some days good, some days bad. Usually bad when I see the Hibachi Grill ex-owner(who was the previous owner of the building Royal buffet is now in and was shut down for repeated violations) working. Coincidence? We went at 4 on Friday. Sushi is good. Little much on the fried sushi and fewer traditional wraps. The rice was great with a good consistency and firmness which is really hard to find. Normally the crab meat is cooked well and they have BUTTER, but recently, she was there, and the crab meat was tasteless and the dipping OIL matched. NOT butter, but oil. Yuck. Food is generally good. Often, we have issues with refills because hostess is busy or talking to other hostesses, but this last time she was very attentive. Bathroom was disgusting.

Nothing worth writing home about. Ok food, I kinda see why this place shut down a while back though. Thought the new management would whip this place into better shape, but I guess not.

Didn’t care for this place. Food was cold on buffet. Restroom were disgusting. I could only imagine what the kitchen was like. To me it looked like where fat people go to get fatter!

The restaurant was very clean. I found the staff to be very nice. The food was delicious. The price was good. On Friday and Saturday nights they have all you can eat crab legs. They have a wide selection of dishes on the buffet. They have a large sushi bar. They have a Mongolian Grill with a wide selection of ingredients. I would recommend this to anyone.

This is just an inexpensive buffet with plenty of Asian food to choose from. Orange chicken, sweet & sour, fried rice, beef broccoli, and even sushi. That’s not to say that you would want to eat all of it because it’s not all very appetizing. They also have your cheap American foods and stale desserts that you would expect at a buffet. Unfortunately, they don’t have a specialty Asian drinks. The only reason I would come here again is for the sushi, but that’s only because of the unlimited supply, not because of its exceptional taste. I would only recommend this place if you want to gorge yourself on orange chicken, fried rice and sushi. Otherwise, you could pass.
