The pedi and mani I got was great! However, when it came time to pay BRINGCASH! The CC fee is $ 5… They wouldn’t pay that even if I spent over $ 100 there. I felt a little scammed.

I have been to Sara’s Nails a few time with my girlfriends. We love this place, because we never have to wait, and they always do a great job considering the lower prices. We are teachers, so we are always have a bargain. We keep going back, so they are doing something right!

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. They were lucky I came back after the pedicure nightmare a few months ago. The woman cut my skin under my nail and(of course) it got infected and I was in agony for weeks. The location was convenient so I gave it a second try but they do not care about their customers. I was ignored, snapped at, and ultimately given the worst customer service along with an absolutely pathetic excuse for a ‘paint job’. They won’t get any more business from me ESPECIALLY after they changed the price of the manicure to cover their credit card machine costs since I didn’t have cash even after I asked them.

Serviceable manicure. Pros: very cheap($ 15 cash), helped me with my purse and things so I didn’t muss my new nails, put on a third coat of polish when she could see the color was a bit thin, did a great job with my terrible cuticles, nice hand and forearm rub. Cons: I asked her to cut my nails so that they were the same length and she didn’t, the edges of my nails are still a little ragged… There was a definite language barrier. overall: you get what you pay for, if all you want is a couple of coats of polish and your cuticles cleaned up, these guys are great. If you want perfect, even nails you may have better luck elsewhere.

Well, last I checked(this past Friday…) Sara Nails was actually still in business. I used to be a regular here with one of my gal pals for our monthly pedicures and I used to think it was pretty great. It was a convenient location for both my friend and I to meet up, it is big with several tables for manicures, several massage chairs for pedicures(and one for little ones too), has tons of nail polish to chose from, TVs, and I believe they offer waxing services here as well. They did scrub our feet well, got rid of all the nasties, and even wrapped our legs with hot towels. Frequent patrons even received a card to get stamped after every visit to redeem 10% off once filled up. Sara Nails also sends out a birthday coupon if you give them your mailing information. Over time, things seemed to have gone down hill. Employees were sometimes snappy(sorry, didn’t know your phone call was more important than your frequent customer), the massage chairs didn’t always work, the French pedicures just weren’t accurate, and the foot massages weren’t all that great. Oh yeah, my friend ended up getting some sort of foot fungus or other foot issue after going here once. Gross. My grandfather’s feet would bleed. Lame. Also, I wouldn’t bother with getting waxed here — there are much better options out there. The pedicure price is pretty standard, however I have found a place that for the same price has great customer service, great massages, fully functional chairs all the time, and the polish is put on correctly. So long, Sara Nails. So long and farewell.
