I gave up on Kenmoore products and the repair time is outrageous. I did give the guys at the Eastfield Mall store one more shot when shopping for my new entertainment system. All I can say is WOW! I had a very good experience wih these young salesmen. (Sorry, no ladies there these few times.) I now have great system and loved shopping fo it. ALL technical questions were answered well! Great job!
