This salon makes appointments but can’t seem to be able to take the client at the appointment time. I made an appointment and showed up 5 minutes early. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes and the stylist was still working on another person. I was told to take a seat when I first arrived and that was the only communication I received until I got up and walked out. These stylists are rude and slow. This is the second time I’ve walked out of here. This was the last time also. No more chances. I will not recommend this salon to anyone, friends or enimies! I want to make this ZERO stars but I have to pick one to post it.

Had my hair cut here a long while back. My normal place was closed for remodel. 1st time not bad. 2nd time awful. I’ve never cared enough to complain about a haircut in my life until this point. After calling them, they comped me a haircut, at another location. That wasn’t much better. They try to sell you things. Non stop. To the point where it is annoying. They aren’t as low cost as my regular place — so why the endless upsell? They don’t store you haircut information; you have to explain exactly what you want each time you are there.
