The tub wasn’t clean. The room wasn’t appealing. The customer service was OK. It was cheap, but still not worth it. I felt like I needed to go home immediately after the soak and take a shower.

I have been to both hot tubs in Eugene Springfield and prefer this one. i take my own towels and try to do a reservation so I can get my favorite room (not sharing that, don’t need any more competition for that it.) BF and I go often and have been taking friends and its a big hit with everyone. Great service always. Only complaint is other tubbers who think they need their radio loud enough for the whole place to hear.

I love going here! They will adjust the temperature of the tub so thats its just right for your needs! Pregnant? Temp can be 99!
