Went in and waited while one employee told another how to make an order. That wasn’t too bad though. I was mostly disappointed in the cleanliness of the Store. It was 6:30 a.m. so there was no reason for the store to be dirty, yet the trash receptacles were all full at the coffee station and there was water on the floor and counter where someone had apparently spilled ice and neglected to clean it up. They didn’t even have the cover off of the cooler that has yogurt etc. available for purchase. I hope they read their reviews and fix their issues. Could be a nice place.

If you are getting off the interstate get in far left hand lane and look for Walgreens and Mcdonalds. Turn into that shopping center and Starbucks is located in the corner.

As usual I’m on the road. When I’m on the road I stopped at Starbucks. It’s consistent and tasty and I love it. When I cannot stand is that some Starbucks our run like you are having friends over to your kitchen. It is important to keep the store clean. It is also hard to take orders in a timely manner and say hello to your customers especially if they’re from out of town if you are having a long term conversation with someone. It shouldn’t have taken 8 minutes to get my coffee. Drink was fine, staff ignored anyone they didn’t know. Store and bathroom needed a quick tidy.

This Starbucks is consistent… in how slow it is. Average wait for an iced coffee: 10 Mins. Day or night, busy or not, be prepared to wait.

A friend of ours who works for Starbucks had this Starbucks deliver a gift set to us, and they did a fantastic job! Had a bunch of delicious pastries and 4 venti pumpkin spice lattes delivered to us as a surprise to the NICU at St. John’s. We were told it was delivered by a man in a black suit and pink tie, and he was very friendly and professional. My husband and I cried because we were so shocked by this amazing act of generosity. Keep up the great work!

I used my free birthday beverage here (iced triple grande soy caramel macchiato) and also ordered a spinach feta wrap. I brought my water bottle in on the off chance they would fill it for me and they did without giving me any grief. When I ordered my caramel macchiato with light ice, I expected what every other Starbucks does… the normal amount of ice. Oh no… I had almost NO ice! I was thrilled. I slurped my drink down and threw the cup away before I even left. My spinach feta wrap was hand delivered to me by the barista working the cash register. She actually walked around the counter to give it to me instead of placing it on the hand off counter. I realize this is a small gesture, but it made a world of difference to me! Even the baristas working the bar were incredibly friendly. This location definitely has customer service down pat.

This is the most disgusting Starbucks I have ever been to. A wall of trash in the entry way and all other garbages throughout were overflowing. Bathrooms were dirty with paper all over the floor and out of hand towels. For as much as the coffee costs it felt like visiting a run down gas station.
