I would put a zero if I could. T-mobile said they would pay for our iPhone 5s last September 2015 when we left Verizon. 5 months later and 6 visits we still never got our credit? I talked to the manager several times. I talked to several associates numerous times and they all say we’ll take care of it or I can’t help you? Management here is absolutely bad and disorganized. Don’t go to the Springfield town center t-mobile store with a trade in if you don’t want to be taken serious.
